Rather than setting up our works as things to which we bow, we take them in hand and then turn and offer them back to the Father who enabled these things by his Spirit. But this doesn t mean that we should neglect the work of our hands. We ask God to establish it (Ps 90:17). We offer priestly sacrifices of praise and good works to God. This is not a betrayal of grace. It is a fulfillment of grace. Eph 5.2 And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
