1 Prayers for June 9 15 To the Global Company of Intercessors Prayer is a theme throughout the scriptures; people talking with God the Creator of us all. Foreigners will join the LORD TO worship him and love him, to serve him, to obey the law about the Sabbath, and to keep my agreement. I will bring these people to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. The offerings and sacrifices they place on my altar will please me, because my Temple will be called a house for prayer for people from all nations. (Isa 56:6-7) According to the New Testament we present our bodies living sacrifices, which is our reasonable service and worship. (Romans 12:1) God hears and honors our prayers. I was encouraged today when I read: Islamic State Terrorist who enjoyed brutally murdering Christians has been converted to Christianity. He reported that a mysterious man in white appeared in his dreams with a message. (Fire Wire from the Blaze, June 4, 2015) As I read I was reminded of Saul s Damascus Road experience! 2 June 9-10 Pray for Guinea Our Father, we approach the Throne of Grace today to praise You for Your great and mighty works. United in prayer we pray with the believers (our brothers and sisters) who live in Guinea. We ask You to empower us to conduct ourselves with true reverence throughout the time of our temporary residence on earth. Thank You for redeeming us from the useless way of living according to the traditions of our forefathers. You purchased us with the precious blood of Christ; our faith and hope rest in You. Through the Holy Spirit You have purified our hearts for the sincere affection of the brethren and we love one another from pure hearts. Together we are the Body of Christ. We put away all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy and all slander, and like newborn infants, we long for the pure spiritual milk that we may grow up into salvation in the name of Jesus the one who was, the one who is and the one who is to come. al%20guinea%20elephants_ jpg

3 June 11 Pray Guinea-Bissau Father-God, we lift up the nation of Guinea-Bissau before the Throne of Grace. The people of this land need grace and mercy to help them in their hour of need. We do thank You that the Evangelical Church has found favor with the government of this nation and we stand with the Church against poverty, political unrest and violent conflict. Freely they help the needy and we ask You to send other followers of Jesus who will come alongside them to share the Good News of the Gospel, and enable them to continue showing Your love and compassion to others. We thank You for sending forth Your laborers to those whose minds have been blinded by the god of this age. Empower Your servants to preach Jesus Christ as Lord, and cause Your light to shine in their hearts to give unbelievers the knowledge of Your glory displayed in the face of Christ. 4 June 12 Pray for Guyana Father-God, we come before You on behalf of the church located in Guyana South America, on behalf of believers cleaned up by Jesus and set apart for a God-filled life. We include in our prayer all who call out to Jesus, wherever they live in this nation. Jesus is their Master as well as ours! We pray that all the gifts and benefits that come from You and from the Master, Jesus Christ, will be theirs. We thank You Father for their lives of free and open access to You, which has been given to them by Jesus. There s no end of what has happened in the Guyanese church--- it s beyond speech, beyond knowledge. The evidence of Christ has been clearly verified in their lives. We pray for all believers to demonstrate the power of the gospel in their unity, in their words and in holy living. Father, You got them started in this spiritual adventure and You will never give up on Your church. We proclaim that all of Guyana will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of our Lord, in the name of Jesus! (1 Cor 1 TMB)

5 June Pray for Haiti Merciful God, we remember the nation of Haiti and its terrible history of oppression, slavery and resistance, and the injustices done to it in times past. We repent of our indifference to its suffering. We pray that our brothers and sisters will be strong in You and in Your great power, and they will wear Your full armor so they can fight against the devil s clever tricks. This fight is not against people on earth, but against the rulers and authorities and the powers of this world s darkness and spiritual powers of evil in the heavenly places. The demonic spirits of voodoo are making their voice heard, but on the day of evil the Church will be able to stand strong, and when they have finished, they will still be standing.(eph 6:10-15) Your Word has warned them in advance, and the Church will be on guard so they aren t led off course into the error of sin. We proclaim they will maintain their safe position rooted and grounded in the love of God as they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him belongs glory now and forever. Amen (2 Peter 3:17-18)

6 June 15 Pray for Holy See (Vatican City State) Father, we thank You for the Catholic charismatic renewal, and those times of refreshing bringing about cultural transformation and radical conversations. We praise You, Father, and give You glory for the great things You are doing in the Vatican City. We pray that the spiritual leaders will come alive to a fresh passion and fire for You. We pray that those who are called to serve as leaders will experience fresh zeal according to knowledge. Let the Church hear Your invitation again to draw near to You and know that You will draw near to us. Teach the Church of Jesus Christ to return to times of waiting on You and open our ears to hear You speak Your will, plan and purpose for the nations of the world. Cleanse us from dead works and old wineskins break and destroy every wall of tradition that has trapped us in lifeless worship and empty rituals. We pray the Holy See will reflect a true picture of the kingdom of God as they gather together to worship from every tribe and nation. Let it be so in the name of Jesus! Mission Info Bank.
