With a team of more than 20 lawyers from different areas within the firm, has been providing comprehensive legal and tax advice to undertakings in the healthcare sector for more than 20 years. Such undertakings include public, non-profit and private operators of general hospitals, university hospitals, preventive care and rehabilitation centres, long-term care facilities and medical care centres, but also manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceutical companies, medical practitioners in joint practice, health insurance companies and investors. We are intensifying our healthcare industry focus with the addition of two more lawyers to our team. With our new healthcare experts, who have long years of experience in this sector, we will not only strengthen the legal expertise in our classic areas of healthcare-related advice, such as M&A, corporate, real estate, IT, employment, procurement, tax and charity law, but will also be able to cover specialist medical law topics. Besides pharmaceutical and medical engineering industry issues, these include consulting services regarding the establishment of health centres, hospital planning, financing ventures, healthcare compliance and the development and implementation of quality management systems in the health sector. This enables us to provide even more specialised advice to our clients in the field of healthcare.

Her area of activity comprises legal advice to clients in the healthcare industry, mainly operators of hospitals and clinics and health insurance companies. The consulting services cover the areas of hospital, social security, pharmaceutical, procurement and corporate law. Ms Dulle can in particular boast proven expertise in tender procedures for discount agreements between suppliers of pharmacy products and health insurance organisations. Ms Dulle advises her clients in relation to the drafting and negotiation of contracts, but also in relation to communication and negotiations with public healthcare supervisory authorities. Ms Dulle can further draw on many years of experience in working on national and international cooperation ventures and transactions. She advises private, municipal and non-profit institutions and their operators as well as university hospitals. Ms Dulle studied law at the Free University of Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2002. She obtained the additional qualification as medical law specialist in 2007.

His area of activity comprises legal advice to clients in the healthcare sector. He particularly focuses on representing the interests of service providers in respect of medical and long-term care law. His clients include hospitals offering part-time and full-time inpatient treatment, outpatient clinics, inpatient and outpatient care facilities, and health centres. He also advises clients on pharmaceutical and medical devices law issues. Mr Wrana studied law at the University of Hamburg und subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in medical law from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2009 and obtained the additional qualification as a medical law specialist in 2012.
