First Program: Executive MBA in Business Engineering Part time program, leads to Executive MBA degree, University of St. Gallen Program focus is Business Transformation driven by ICT innovation and other factors Holistic view: from business models and strategy towards process design and ICT management Development of leadership skills as an important part of the curriculum Program contains study modules in Silicon Valley and in Shanghai Page 5
Executive MBA in Business Engineering Focused program an addition to St. Gallen s EMBA in General Management program portfolio Average participant s age 38, well experienced target group Diverse class strucure, leveraging professional and leadership experience of participants About 40% working in ICT environment: not a pure ICT program, but great opportunity to exchange experiences About 700 Business Engineering alumni Page 6
Course Mapping to e-leadership Curriculum Profile The program s main topic is Business Transformation, which is (mainly) driven by ICT innovation. ( Digital Transformation ) Contents and outcomes reflect the transformation aspect. ICT itself is seen as important infrastructure, but is not core subject of the program. Page 7

Second Program: Executive Diploma in IT Business Management Part time program, 15 months, three days per month in classroom Focus: IT strategy, Business-IT-Alignment and leadership in IT organizations Leadership and change management competences are important part of the program Some general management topics round up the curriculum Not just learning exchange of experiences within the class as an important pillar of the learning experience Page 9
