Cancellations for complimentary events should also be received at least two weeks prior to the event date. In this case, we will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible and reschedule the program. Participants will not be reimbursed for expenses incurred in connection with the cancelled seminar. Scheduled seminars: You must sign the signin sheet provided to you by the instructor or seminar facilitator. CPE certificates are typically delivered to you within 60 90 business days following the event and are delivered to the email address you provide during registration. Live Webcast events: You must stay on for the entire program and respond to all questions prompted during the Webcast event. CPE certificates are available immediately following the event to those who satisfy the attendance and participation requirements. We are prohibited from awarding CPE if the attendance and participation requirements are not satisfied. Archived versions of our Webcasts are not eligible for CPE.
