On the Issue of Pilot Program of the new Endowment Insurance System in the Rural Areas of China: To launch pilot program of social endowment insurance in the rural areas is an important mark of domestication of endowment insurance system in China which fully embodies the essential requirement of the socialism in more actively and positively seeking for equity and universal benefits.
