The article fully studies the double influence of the development of Internet on college students thinking and conduct, and put forward some practical countermeasures. Network is gradually extended to all areas of society, affecting all aspects of human life. Higher institutions which have always been sensitive to new things are more deeply affected. Contemporary college students learning, thinking and living patterns are being changed by networks, and their political attitudes, moral character and values are being affected too. How to use of the internet,make it best use and avoid disadvantages, do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a new task we are facing. 2 The double influence of the development of internet on College Students thinking and conduct the positive influence are mainly as follows: 2.1 It is conducive to active college students innovation Under the network environment, the global information network connects people around the world.there has been major exchanges which across time and space, cross country and cross national cultural traditions with the character of not only the dissemination of knowledge, but also allowing people to exchange ideas generated sparks; The shared characteristics of network culture made culture as an intangible asset spread instantaneously around the world, so that every user benefits and cultural increases in value.this also shows their own values of the culture, and stimulates the awareness of innovation and knowledge of college students; network culture gets rid of the herd mentality to knowledge authority in a certain extent and it is conducive to play students creative; The high-tech feature of network culture further made students aware of the importance of mental and creative labor, thereby enhancing to foster the consciousness and initiative of innovation ability. 2.2 It is conducive to develop students interpersonal space As college students living in campus where the scope of activities is relatively small environment.they have fewer opportunities to communicate with the outside world, but they are eager to learn about others and society, the wish to exchange with others is very strong.
