Melbourne Magistrates' Court Single List of External Mediators - SLEM Short biographical sketches of mediators not on the Victorian Bar or Law Institute of Victoria biographical sketches lists 30 March 2011

1. This list contains short biographical sketches of those mediators on the Court s Single List of External Mediators ( SLEM ) who are not on the biographical sketches lists of the Victorian Bar or Law Institute of Victoria and who have chosen to submit such sketches. 2. There are similar lists of short biographical sketches of SLEM barrister-mediators and of SLEM solicitormediators compiled by the Victorian Bar and the Law Institute of Victoria respectively. 3. The Victorian Bar and Law Institute of Victoria lists of SLEM barrister-mediators and solicitor-mediators short biographical sketches are hosted on the Victorian Bar and Law Institute of Victoria websites respectively with access by hyperlink on the Magistrates Court of Victoria SLEM webpage. 4. There is no single organisation to which those SLEM mediators who are not on the Victorian Bar or Law Institute of Victoria lists of SLEM mediators belong that could be asked to compile and host this third list of SLEM mediator short biographical sketches. The Victorian Bar has therefore, as a courtesy to the Court and in support of access to justice, taken responsibility for compiling and hosting this third list. 5. The Victorian Bar, and the Court in providing a link to this list, are simply making available what those mediators who have chosen to provide a short biographical sketch for inclusion in this list have said about themselves and about their experience and practice. Neither the Bar nor the Court has checked or verified that information. 6. The list is in alphabetical order by surname. The Victorian Bar Inc.
