Committed to self-sustainability for years, we rescue select woods from high-end furniture and cabinet makers to make our cutting boards. In fact, all shavings and excess materials produced are processed for alternate uses in wood burners virtually eliminating waste. No trees are cut down to make our boards. A better quality board, better for the environment now that is sensibly green.
