Their sturdy construction, thick steel sheet used for the body of the grill, and stainless steel cooking grates have proved their qualities. The SMOKY FUN grills are very user-friendly. You start the fire in the fire chamber and wait until the grill reaches the required temperature. The temperature can be regulated by the regulation flap placed on the door of the fire chamber and also on the chimney. The bimetallic thermometer will always keep you informed about the interior temperature of the grill. The garden grills SMOKY FUN are designed for: Indirect grilling (BBQ-Smokers only) Food is grilled in the grilling chamber at temperatures ranging between C. The advantage of this method is that food doesn t get burnt. Barbecuing (grilling at low temperatures, BBQ Smokers only) Gentle grilling of food in the grilling chamber at low temperatures ( C). The food grilled remains juicy and doesn t get burnt. This is the most commonly used method with the BBQ Smokers. Smoking By closing the regulation flap on the chimney and letting a minimum amount of air into the grilling chamber or the smokehouse (in the case of large models), smoking is very easy. The ideal temperature ranges between C. Baking At temperatures ranging between C, it is very easy to bake excellent bread or pizza. Cooking Food can be cooked or kept warm on the griddle of the grill which is placed on the fire chamber (where available). You can also use a rotating arm and a suspended pot which you will find in our Accessories section. The wok pan holder and the wok pan make it easy to prepare wonderful side dishes to go with your grilled meals. Direct grilling Classic grilling method used for preparing food on hot coals in the grilling chamber. Our tip: You can influence the flavour of your food by using various types of wood.

3 How does the SMOKY FUN grill work? Handling the SMOKY FUN grill is very easy. The grill works on a principle similar to that of a stove. Heat is created in the fire chamber situated next to the grilling chamber. The smoke and hot air flow into the grilling chamber and, if needed, further on into the smokehouse and then are released through the chimney. The temperature can be controlled or regulated with a flap for air inlet regulation, a lid of the fire chamber, a regulation flap of the chimney, and a thermometer. Grilling chamber Hot air enters from the fire chamber into the grilling chamber. Fire chamber The easy-to-read multifunctional thermometer for temperature regulation is part of the standard equipment of the SMOKY FUN grill. Carrying handle for easy transport of the grill, or to hang grilling tools. Regulation flap for smoke outlet Chimney Thermometer for temperature control Griddle for cooking and for keeping meals warm Regulation flap for air inlet regulation, and subsequently, the regulation of the intensity of the fire Steel wheels for easy transport Side grate Poker to clean the fire chamber Front grid Bucket for colleting fat dripping off the food As the distance from the fire chamber increases, the temperature lowers.
