BROKER COMMENTS Rarely does a small ranch of this caliber come on the open market. The property was homesteaded by the Simonton family in 1896. In 2007, I represented the Simonton family in selling the ranch to Mike Milroy and his wife, Zeke Browning, from Arizona. Mike is a native of North Platte, NE, and Zeke (Sinclair Browning) is a noted author of many novels. Mike has family in North Platte and all have enjoyed this beautiful ranch. Mike and Zeke decided to move to the ranch for part of the year and ran summer yearlings on the ranch.
