Glass is washed with water from a holding tank after undergoing a reverse osmosis procedure. This pure, de-mineralized water is then used, detergent-free, to wash the glass before it enters the insulating glass room. Our glass oven-presses use infrared heating elements that reduce energy consumption. State-of-the-art gas filling equipment ensures optimum gas fill rates in our insulating glass units resulting in energy efficiency that lasts over the lifespan of the product.
