Practical Skills for Sexual Health Development (Foundation Level) 1. To define sexual health and explore its wider context. 2. To understand how personal values and attitudes can impact on the delivery of sexual health services. 3. To recognize the importance of self-esteem, communication and negotiation in relationships and other risk factors associated with poor sexual health. 4. To consider the sexual rights, responsibilities and choices of people with learning disabilities 4. To understand how people with learning disabilities can be vulnerable to sexual exploitation and harm and how to recognise signs 5. Understanding Female Genital Mutilation 1. To develop awareness of the four types of female genital mutilation procedures 2.
