Avoid the deeper areas to preserve the depth and texture. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Dab a very small amount of Stone Edge Drybrush onto a #12 (Drybrush) brush, then brush onto a paper towel to remove excess paint. With a feather light touch, apply over the entire surface of just the cobblestones, leaving the deeper areas unpainted to create texture. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply Deep Lava over the entire surface of the brickwork with a #3 (Painting) brush. Use a lighter touch, leaving the deeper areas unpainted to achieve texture. ST-010 - Straight Sewer Drain Step 5 Step 6 Deep Lava (GT002-DL) Shallow Water Seaweed Green (GT002-SG) Dab a very small amount of onto a #12 (Drybrush) brush, then brush onto a paper towel to remove excess paint. With a feather light touch, apply over the entire surface of just the brickwork to create highlights. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Dab a very small amount of Deep Lava onto a #12 (Drybrush) brush, then brush onto a paper towel to remove excess paint. With a feather light touch, apply over the surface of only the brickwork along the entrance to the sewer drain. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply Shallow Water Seaweed Green to the mossy areas on the street using a #1 (Details) brush. Pro Tip: If you wish, add a drybrush of Moss Green and Lava Yellow to these areas to make the weeds pop out. ST-007 - Mosaic Plaza Step 2 Deep Lava (GT002-DL) Step 3 Stone Edge Drybrush (GT002-SE) Apply to random areas in the center mosaic stones using a #3 (Painting) brush. Avoid the deeper areas of the sculpt, to preserve the texture of the cobblestones. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply Deep Lava to the brickwork using a #3 (Painting) brush, avoiding the deeper areas of the sculpt. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Dab a very small amount of Stone Edge Drybrush onto a #12 (Drybrush) brush, then brush onto a paper towel to remove excess paint. ST-007 - Mosaic Plaza White + Water Bubbles Blue (12:1) Step 5 Step 6 Shallow Water Seaweed Green (GT002-SG) Apply a mixture of White and Water Bubbles Blue (12:1) to the central 4 stones of the mosaic using a #1 (Details) brush. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply to the 4 diagonal stones in the center of the mosaic using a #1 (Details) brush. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply Shallow Water Seaweed Green to the mossy areas on the street using a #1 (Details) brush. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. ST-007 - Mosaic Plaza Page 2 of 4 Step 4
ST-007 - Mosaic Plaza White + Base Gray (12:1) Step 8 Black (GT002-B) Apply a mixture of White and Base Gray (12:1) to the outer stones of the center mosaic using a #1 (Details) brush. Let the paint dry before moving to the next step. Apply a light coat of Black (very diluted with water) to the center mosaic using a wet #12 (Drybrush) brush. Immediately and gently wipe off the excess paint with a paper towel, leaving some of the paint behind. You may decide to use an alternate weathering color such as Base Wood or Earth Stone instead of black.
