PART 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION I. Registration Entitlement 1. Upon payment of registration fee, delegates will gain access to the GTF Forum, GTF Exhibition, BFR Workshop (if applicable) and all related materials provided by The Organiser. 2. Fees for accommodation, flights and tours are NOT included in the registration fees. II. Registration Process and Payment 1. Registrants can register via online registration at www.globaltransformation.com. Alternatively, they may complete the registration form and send it to the GTF Secretariat via e-mail at GTF2015@globaltransformation.com or fax to (603) 4257 1133. 2. Online registration is open till 14 October 2015 only. After 14 October 2015, registration can only be done manually by completing the registration form and making payment in full. 3. A letter confirming the registration will be sent via email upon full payment of registration fees. bring along this confirmation letter and present it at the registration counter when collecting your delegate badge on 20 & 21 October 2015. 4. For payment made by Credit Card, the amount reflected in the Credit Card statement will be in the currency of the cardholder's country of origin. For University Lecturers and Students to complete the registration, a letter or any documentary proof from the relevant department or learning institution should be submitted to confirm the Lecturer or Student status. The Organiser reserves the right, and will inform Registrants on any alteration to any of the arrangements for the GTF 2015 including the cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. In the special circumstances that the entire event has to be cancelled, the Organiser will refund the registration fee to the Registrants. However, the Organiser will not be liable for other associated costs, e.g. accommodation and travelling expenses, and any inconveniences incurred to the Registrants due to the cancellation. Therefore, Registrants are advised to arrange for their own travel insurance. 9. III. Registration Transfer 1. All registrations are transferrable on or before 25 September 2015. Transfer requests must be made by e-mail to the GTF 2015 Secretariat at GTF2015@globaltransformation.com or fax to (603) 4257 1133. The new Registrant should complete the registration form. Transfer of registration will not be allowed after 25 September 2015. IV. Cancellation and Refund Policies 1. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the GTF 2015 Secretariat via e-mail at GTF2015@globaltransformation.com or fax to (603) 4257 1133. 2. Any cancellations received on or before 15 September 2015 will be charged a handling fee of MYR 105 (USD 30). The balance of the registration fees will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including costs of foreign exchange conversion, Credit Card cancellation and/or banking transaction. Any cancellations after 15 September 2015 will not be refunded. 3. All refunds will be made in MYR at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. 4. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the confirmation of cancellation by the GTF 2015 Secretariat. Any charges imposed by banks and Credit Card issuers will be borne by the Registrants. V. Liability 1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law.
