We have also improved the elasticity to be slightly longer to make the application easier for patients with weak muscles. All the new Dorsum back supports have received closure straps in the front to make the closing of the support easier. EU3008 Dorsum Posture An elastic posture brace that provide an effective support to the thoracic area and the shoulders. The design is more effective than similar products because of the Y-shaped reinforcement over the back and the shoulder straps. This Y-shape reduces the elasticity and provides a better support. To reduce the pressure over the shoulder and arm pit areas there are two tubes made of pressure reducing TriTex that can be applied on the straps.
