A Thanksgiving Tract With scripture from the New Living Translation
A Daily Offering Giving thanks is a part of every day life. We say thank you to loved ones, colleagues, and in response to favors and service. More than a simple expression of gratitude, giving thanks should determine the way we live. In Christ, we live and move and have our being. (Acts 17:28) Everything good and perfect comes from our Father, who created the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. (James 1:17) We have been given new life and are able to rejoice, even in suffering. (James 1:2) This Thanksgiving, make it a priority to share the Good News with friends and family. As you do, thank the Lord for his faithfulness. All of this is for your benefit. And as God s grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory. 2 Corinthians 4:15

John 3:16 Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said. 1 Corinthians 15:1a, 3b-4 Who then will condemn us? No one for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God s right hand, pleading for us. Romans 8:34 But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57 Thank God! Once you were slaves of sin, but now you wholeheartedly obey this teaching we have given you. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:8-10

So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God. Romans 5:9-11 For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ.
