Publication, Commercial Printing and Packaging Inks Sudarshan pigments are recommended for both flexographic and gravure printing, and are a popular choice for packaging inks. Our complete range of high quality classical azos and phthalocyanines are equivalent or superior to the leading industry standards and are manufactured within tightly-controlled specifications. Sudarshan has developed proprietary surface-modifying chemistries to achieve inks with the desired ultra-low viscosity, good rheology and high gloss. Effect Colors Our Sumica TM range of effect pigments can easily be combined with transparent colors to provide stunning sparkle effects for liquid inks. Sudarshan Toners Our new range of color toners has excellent quality consistency from batch-to-batch: PV3 PV27 PR169 new PB62 new They are used to impart outstanding color vibrancy, with superior color permance than the conventional dyes. The Environment, & pigments are environmentally acceptable alternatives to heavy metal containing colorants. Generally, they comply with the European Guideline for Food Contact AP (89)1, the Toys Test (EN71:3), BfR and JHOSPA based on the analysis of typical batches. Pigments that are controlled and certified to these guidelines can be supplied on request, by contacting the nearest sales office., & pigments are not classified as hazardous for packaging under CONEG and 94/62/EU.
