The purpose of this program is Give Thanks to those currently in Harm s Way, those who have retired spending a career in Harm s Way, those whom have been 100% disabled in the line of duty, and those who are in active reserves, along with their spouses and dependents. In order to receive these discounts ALL personnel must have one of the following ID s with them. United States Armed Forces Common Access Card (CAC) Only 1 of 4 card types. Armed Forces of the United States Geneva Conventions Identification Card. (This is the standard card for active duty personnel in accordance with Geneva Convention Requirements. See the sample card below.) If there is no rank field, this is likely a civilian DoD employee or contractor and NOT eligible.

NDI 10 Not Eligible PURPLE Non-Service Employee, Armed Services Support Temporary Military Civilian Contractor NDI 21 Not Eligible BROWN Civilian Never Served Armed Forces Supporting Employee We are ONLY offering our Military Discount to Canadians with NDI75 or NDI 20s their spouses and dependents Basically for Canada We need to see a NDI 75 or NDI 20 Major Difference in Canada is that if you served in any capacity for 9 years, 364 days and left the service for any reason, you do not get a permanent ID The CF Appreciation Card is meant to fill that gap for members of the armed forces, their families and dependents that served for less than 10 years. This is the ONLY ID issued to Canadian Armed Forces Spouses and immediate dependents.
