Online Shopping Insurance Peace of Mind Protection Worry-Free Online Shopping - Why Taking Risks? When you do not receive the purchased goods which is proven to be sold via the fraudulent website, the financial loss equivalent to the value of the goods will be covered. It extends to cover any unauthorized use of the credit card online subsequent to the transaction on the fraudulent website. Worry-Free Goods Delivery For the delivery company s non-delivery or late delivery of the goods purchased online which have been paid by credit card(s) already, compensation will be provided. Worry-Free Use Of Goods In the case of the purchased goods are accidentally damaged or lost within 30 days of the receipt, we will cover the loss/ damage of the goods by repair or replacement or in lieu of money. Worry-Free Use Of Services In the case that the services purchased online could not be rendered due to winding up of the services providers; or could not be enjoyed due to services expiry subsequent to customers hospitalization and more. Worry-Free After Sales Service If the Purchased Goods have to be returned as a result of defective goods, wrong goods delivered or discrepancy to the product descriptions stated, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Coverag Coverage Detail Fraudulent Website Pay for the financial loss if the Insured Person makes the transaction for the Purchased Goods or Purchased Services at the Fraudulent Website. Unauthorised Use of Credit Card Pay for the financial loss following the unauthorised use of the Insured Person s Credit Card, if such card has been stolen due to robbery, burglary or theft; or as a consequence of the loss of the credit card information during the purchase transaction at the Fraudulent Website. Delivery of Goods i) Non-Delivery of Goods Pay for the loss of the Purchased Goods, in the event that the Purchased Goods on delivery have been lost and could not be found by the Delivery Company more than fourteen (14) days from the date of the scheduled time or arrival, provided the Delivery Company has confirmed the Purchased Goods could not be found. ii) Late Delivery of Goods # In the event of the delay in delivery, Dah Sing Insurance will pay 10% of the purchase price of the Purchased Goods or HK$ 200 per day, whichever is lower, provided always that the Purchased Goods have been: (a) Asia Area: Delayed for more than five (5) working days of the Delivery Company when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or (b) Worldwide: Delayed for more than seven (7) working days of the Delivery Company when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or e Detail (c) By Sea Shipment: Delayed for more than five (5) working days of the Delivery Company after the estimate time of arrival of the vessel. # Only one of (a) (c) will be counted for the same delivery. iii) Damage to Goods Pay for the loss, if in the event of Accidental damage to the Purchased Goods at the time of receipt by the Insured Person. iv) Return of Goods Pay for the Return Shipping Fee, if the Purchased Goods have to be returned as a result of defective goods, wrong goods delivered or discrepancy to the product descriptions stated. 障內容 Loss of Goods Pay for the Purchased Goods within thirty (30) days from the date the Purchased Goods received, for their: i) Accidental loss due to theft, burglary or robbery; or ii) Accidental damage Loss of Unused Services Pay for the loss of the Purchased Services within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Purchased Services date or the expiry of your policy, whichever is earlier, if in the event of: i) Winding up of the services providers; or ii) Expiry of validity to use the Purchased Services during Hospital Confinement of the Insured Person as a result of Bodily Injury or Sickness. Major Exclusions Remarks The policy does not cover any claim(s) arising directly or indirectly from: 1. Any Pre-existing Medical Condition, pre-existing condition, congenital and hereditary condition; 2. Any illegal or unlawful act by the Insured Person or confiscation, detention, destruction by customs or other authorities; 3. Failure of the Insured Person to take all reasonable efforts to safeguard his/her property/money, or to avoid Injury to minimize any claim under this insurance; 4. Any condition resulting from pregnancy, childbirth or miscarriage, abortion, pre-natal care as well as post-natal care and other complications arising therefrom, venereal disease; 5. Any home leave while the Insured Person is Confined to a Hospital as an in-patient; 6. Any event arising from war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military force or coup; 7. Any loss has been that can be compensated from any other sources; 8. Any consequential loss not specified in the Policy; 9. Any Purchased Goods / Services are not under the name of Insured Person; 10. Any future earned value or income of the Purchased Goods or services; 11. Any purchase transaction not paid by Credit Card. 12. Any purchase not made on the internet and/or through online bidding. 13. Any loss not incurred within the Insured Period. Credit Card means the credit card of Insured Person is issued by an authorized institution under the Banking Ordinance (Cap 155) of the laws of Hong Kong. No more than one Online Shopping Insurance underwritten by the Company will be covered for Insured Person. The other policy/policies is/are deemed to be void from inception and the premium will be refunded accordingly. A: Once the Insured Person found the purchase transaction has placed at Fraudulent Website, he/she should report to the police and the relevant Financial Institution immediately. Provide relevant document to Dah Sing Insurance in order to prove the loss. Q: What kind of protection I can enjoy in the course of delivery of my online purchased goods? A: In the course of delivery Online Shopping Insurance can provide you protection of: i) Non-Delivery of Goods: Once the Delivery Company had confirmed that the Purchased Goods is lost. ii) Late Delivery of Goods: If the Purchased Goods is delivery from (Only one of (a) (c) will be counted for the same delivery): (a) Asia Area: delayed for more than five (5) working days of the Delivery Company when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or (b) Worldwide: delayed for more than seven (7) working days of the Delivery Company when the shipment has been placed by the Delivery Company; or (c) By Sea Shipment: delayed for more than five (5) working days of the Delivery Company after the estimate time of arrival of the vessel. iii) Damage to Goods: Reimburse the loss of Purchased Goods, in the event of an Accidental damage at the time of receiving. Q: Any protection can be covered from Online Shopping Insurance if the received Purchased Goods was loss due to robbery? A: Yes. Online Shopping Insurance will pay for the loss if within thirty (30) days from the date the Purchase Goods received and in the causes of Accidental loss due to the theft, burglary and robbery or Accidental damage. Q: Any protection can be covered from Online Shopping Insurance, if the purchased tickets are unable to use, in the event of an accident which results a hospital confinement. A: Yes. Online Shopping Insurance will pay for the loss of the Purchased Service, in the event of the absence or the expiry of validity to use of the Purchased Services due to Hospital Confinement of Insured Person as result of Bodily Injury or Sickness. Q: Should Online Shopping Insurance pay for the loss if the Purchased transaction is not settled by Insured Person s credit card?
