Study Visit of Turkish authorities to the North Italian motorways The study visit has been promoted under the sponsorship of TAIEX, the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the Institution Building, unit of Directorate-General Enlargement of the European Commission. A study visit concerning Monitoring and determination of the level of capacity, congestion, delay, safety and precautions to be taken on TEN-T road network by using road management systems in EU countries has been organized in favour of high officers from the Ministry of Transports Directorate General for Turkish Highways.
