Objects: finish building China space station around 2020, master the long term human spaceflight technology independently, qualified with the abilities of long term man tender space science and technology test, exploit the space resources comprehensively. 8

Crew transportation system The crew transportation system consists of: Shenzhou spaceship and Long March 2F launch vehicle. Manned spaceship 19 Long march 2F launch vehicle

Cargo transportation system The cargo transportation system consists of: TIANZHOU cargo spaceship and Long March 7 launch vehicle. Uploading cargo: crew consumes, propellants and experiment equipments. Re-entry and dispose the wastes. Long march 7 TIANZHOU Cargo spaceship 20

Cargo spaceship The modularized cargo spaceship consists of cargo module and service module. Three types of Cargo module: pressurized, semi-pressurized and unpressurized module. Cargo spaceship can support some experiments. 21

Long March 7 launch vehicle Long March 7 launch vehicle is used to launch the cargo spaceship. liquid oxygen kerosene engine. LEO ability is about 13,000 kg. Launch site: Hainan Long march 7

Long march 5B launch vehicle Long March 5B launch vehicle is used to launch the three modules of the space station. liquid oxygen kerosene and liquid hydrogen liquid oxygen engine LEO ability is about 20,000 kg Launch site: Hainan 23

Astronauts visiting The crew consists of 2 to 3 astronauts, including 1 pilot as commander while the others may be space pilot, space engin eer or payload expert, depending on the mission requirement. The crew live and work continuously in the space station by crew rotate while each crew stay up to 6 months.

Space station utilizations Builiding the space station as national space laboratory and make full use of the capabilities of the space station to carry out experiments and applications researches to achieve breakthrough on science and technologies. It provides platform to implement international research collaborations. 25
