Previously I represented the City of White Bear Lake and continue to participate on behalf of the City of Minneapolis. I have known Ms. Wachlarowicz professionally for 11years. I have worked with her In my capacities as election administrator in Ramsey County from 20022007, election administrator in the Offic of the Secretary of State from 2007-2012 and as Manager of Elections and Vital Statistics for Dakota County from 2012 to the present. During this time Ms. Wachlarowlcz has also been a member of the Office of the Secretary of State's Election Reporting System and Voting Equipment Workgroup, which I led while worldng for that office.
