Technical Sheet Slats Profiled and bordered slats 92mm wide, made of aluminium alloy 3105 temper H24, polyester powder coated on both sides. Modern design, available according to the collection also in baked enamel extruded aluminium or in wood-aluminium-durmast. Light/soundproof gasket on the extremity of the salts: profiled slats bordered in polyethylene during the profiling ; extruded aluminium slats are equipped with bristle brush instead of gaskets. Slats are supported by metallic side pegs in natural cast aluminium; painted in the collection RAL for the Premium Seaside Extruded range. Locking clips slats onto pegs in stainless steel; painted for the Premium range. Safety clips, in stainless steel to ensure high resistance to stress provoked by strong winds and housebreaking, for all ranges, except the Distintive one. Final bar for the last slat, in extruded aluminium, painted RAL for all ranges, except the Premium Wood and Distintive one. Operation Motorised asynchronous single-phase control 230V - 50Hz - IP 44, with incorporated upper and lower end limit of the slats, with thermal protection, emergency mushroom for upper end limit and 500 mm power supply cable with molten tin connector.motor available with RTS technology and/or electronic devices for the central system control of more motors and sun/wind devices to allow the complete automatic operation of the blind. Upper boxes, guides and mechanisms Upper box in profile of hot galvanized steel conveniently shaped to contain the motorised bilateral functioning of the blind. Driving shaft of rotation in extruded aluminium alloy 6060 T5 of remarkable thickness with antitwisting rib. Headboard completely in aluminium casting which guarantees robust construction, reliability, durability and silent functioning. Blind Selfsupporting vertical guide rails in extruded aluminium alloy 6060 T5, which measure 80x48 mm, anodised or painted, with gasket in high density polyethylene. Metallic lifting and orientation mechanisms are integrated in the lateral guides. The metallic movement is realised with a strong chain roller system, available also in stainless steel for some ranges, while the orientation mechanism is realised with stainless steel chain bars riveted on which the pegs are fixed. The orientation mechanism allows the slats lowering in the working position at 0-37 - 70. Two devices are integrated in the guides: one for automatic closure in the lowered position and one for the salts stoppage at any height against raising from outside and security against overloading. Each element of the blind is fixed to the lateral guides, making the system self-supporting, that does not require frontal inspection of the upper box. Modelpak MD 500 External sunshade package available in ten different ranges with variable colour combinations and material which allow the customization of the product according to the taste of the client. The constructive modern technology is oriented to high levels of functionality during the years and restrains costs of maintenance. New design headboard of the sunshade, completely in aluminium casting ensures gradual orientation of the single slat, silent functioning and durability. Description of specifications Modelpak MD 500 External sunshade package made up of rigid 92 mm wide and 0,6 mm thick slats in high resistance, pre-painted aluminium with polyester paint, rounded shape, with special ribs on both sides and soundproof gasket inside of the outer border. Each slat is anchored to the extremity of the lateral guide with robust pegs that do not require maintenance and permit easy replacement of possible damaged slats from inside. The blinds are designed to absorb thermal excursions and structural movements. The metallic mechanisms of movement and adjustment are integrated in the self-supporting, rectangular section 80x40 mm. lateral guides in extruded silver anodised aluminium, equipped with soundproof gasket. Guides headboards in robust fusion of aluminium. Slats are raised and lowered by a patented chain roller system with automatic closure in the lowered position and a safety device against raising from the outside, in any position. The safety system prevents accidental overloading during lowering of the slats. The connection between pegs is realised with a robust stainless steel chain bars, which do not accumulate dirt and/or are not subject to deformation through time. Automatic lowering of the slats in the working position at 0-37 - 70 and they can be locked in every intermediate position. Raising and lowering of the slats are done at constant speed.
