Apply the mask with one long stroke over the cheek toward the ear. 6. Apply the mask with one long stroke from the middle of the chin toward the ear. 7. Make sure the whole face is covered with the mask. 8. Spread any remaining mask over the chest and neck. 9. Apply the remaining mask on the back of the hands, and cover with plastic film, or plastic gloves. Keep for the remainder of the facial. 10. Apply the steam for 8 minutes. 11. After 8 minutes, apply a hot towel over the face for a few seconds, leaving the mouth and nose open. Then, remove the product. Sequence of Mask Application 3. Remove Mask with Sponges or 4x4 wipes (or hot towel) Remove mask from chest using upward movements.

(If your client has large pores or sensitive skin, and you see the face is very white after this mask, perform a quick version of the sequence in Section I) using cleanser. 1. APPLY HOT MOIST TOWEL TO THE FACE TO REMOVE PRODUCT 2. SPRAY TONER 3. REMOVE EXCESS MOISTURE WITH TISSUE BY TAPPING 1. Cover the client s eyes with a butterfly pad soaked in water. Sequence of Extraction Method 2. Technique 1. Turn on the magnifying lamp, and position over the client s face. 2. Make tissue mitts over both index fingers. 3. Gently start to extract from the forehead down to the chin avoiding the sensitive eye area and lip area. 4. Do not keep the fingers too close to each other. Keep a 3mm distance between them, and press down and in to extract. 5. Change tissue often to avoid spreading of bacteria.

- 17 - Section IV. Sequence of European Massage 1. Perform with SAIAN Massage Cream (Perform 6 times) Start at the heart chakra with both palms doing clockwise circular motion. Spread the hands apart and work toward the shoulders in circular motion 3 times. Sequence of European Massage 3. (Repeat each step 6 times) Circle out from the chest over the collarbone. Cup the shoulders from the back. Sequence of European Massage 2. (Repeat each step 6 times)

- 18 - Slide both hands over the shoulders towards the neck. Cup the shoulders from the front. Place thumbs on back of the shoulders. With pressure, push towards center of back and glide back to shoulders. Sequence of European Massage 6. (Repeat each step 6 times) Massage down arms to the elbow using circular motions. Pull back up in one big stroke. Sequence of European Massage 3. (Repeat each step 6 times)

- 19 - Cup the shoulders from the back with the thumbs in the front and the palm in the back. Slide with both hands towards the neck. Sequence of European Massage 4. (Repeat each step 6 times) Place both hands behind the neck, and gently pull up. Apply light pressure to the hollows in the back of the head. Stroke back of the neck upward 3 times. Gradually add pressure to the occipital bone, hold and gradually release pressure. Do this 6 times. Sequence of European Massage 5. (Repeat each step 3 times)

- 20 - Knuckle down on the sides of the spine towards the center of the back. Rotate your wrists so that the fingers are touching the back, and pull back up. Repeat step 4 x1. Sequence of European Massage 7. (Repeat each step 1 time) With the fingers of the right hand, circle down the neck to the shoulders. Push in circular motions across sternum to center. Sequence of European Massage 8. (Repeat each step 1 time)

- 21 - Slide up in circling motion from center towards the shoulders with no pressure until you reach the base of the neck. Sequence of European Massage 9. Slightly press. Hold. Slowly release. Unlock down and slide towards the temple. Sequence of European Massage 15. (Repeat each step 1 times)

Sequence of Non-Surgical Face Lift 1. (Half of the face only) 1. Apply a small amount of Saphir Serum over one half of the client s face. 2. Cover all wrinkles and crow s feet in the corner of the eye as well as under the eye. 3. Apply the Serum over the laugh lines and jaw line on the same side (half of the face only). Sequence of Non-Surgical Face Lift 2. VIBRATION Repeat Steps 1-5 until machine shuts off. Do 1 cycle of lifting for a total of 4 minutes

- 29-1. Remove the machine from the charger make sure that it has been charged for at least 7 hours prior to first use. 2. Press the Power button, and Select Step 3, NUTRITION. Step 3 introduces water-soluble treatment products into the skin, increasing skin elasticity and giving it tone. 3. Set the intensity to LOW. Touch the client s other cheek with your other hand to ground your client. 1. Gently glide over the side of the face with the serum using upward movements. Slide over the jaw upwards using the Titanium probe for approximately 30 seconds. 2. Slide up the cheeks pushing up under the muscle and ironing the crease in the cheek. 3. Tap under the eye, then slide to the outer corner. Do not work too closely to the eye. Slide over the crow s feet. 4. Place the Titanium probe under the eyebrow and push up the eyebrows. Hold for 3 seconds, then slide up. 5. Slide up over the forehead. The Nutrition Function stops automatically after 4 minutes. You will hear a signal when the machine shuts off. Sequence of Non-Surgical Face Lift 3. NO VIBRATION (Half of the face only) Repeat Steps 1-5 until machine shuts off. Do 3 Cycles of LIFTING for a total of 12 Minutes Press the Power button, and Select Step 4, LIFTING. Set the intensity to LOW or HIGH (if the client feels comfortable with HIGH setting). Touch the client s other cheek with your other hand to ground your client. 1. Apply Diamant crème to the same side of the face as the Serum. 2. Gently glide over the side of the face with the crème using upward movements. Slide over the jaw upwards using the Titanium probe for approximately 30 seconds. 3. Slide up the cheeks pushing up under the muscle and ironing the crease in the cheek. 4. Tap under the eye, then slide to the outer corner. Do not work too closely to the eye. Slide over the crow s feet. 5. Place the Titanium probe under the eyebrow and push up the eyebrows. Hold for 3 seconds, then slide up. 6. Slide up over the forehead.

- 30 - This treatment is very relaxing, and may put your client to sleep. Sit her up In front of a mirror after the treatment of ½ face, so that she could see the difference between the 2 sides. First time visit will be longer then the proceeding visits. There will be no need to demonstrate ½ face the second time. Proceed to do the second half of the face in the same way of Section VI SPRAY WITH SUNSCREEN
