Page 03 Tamglass Automatic serial bending system The glass pairs are positioned on a ring mould. After pre-processing in the furnace the glass pairs go through a pre-heating bending annealing process. The end result is a shape-accurate, annealed pre-form of high optical quality, ready further processing in the laminating phase. Flexible product range Two different capability options, two alternative wagon sizes and maximum bending depths, and three furnace lengths are available to provide the best possible solution for the requirements of each customer. Flexible production for changing needs All SBF ScreenMax bending furnaces feature automatic, comprehensively programmable bending, a clear user interface, integrated systems for controlling glass support and counter weights movement as well as loading/unloading section concept designed for high-level ergonomics. copyright Scania CV AB We are at your service Glaston seeks to establish longterm business relationships through highly professional services prior to, during and following delivery.
