Slender Body Wraps Our Luxurious Simply Slender Body Wrap system is formulated to cleanse the body of toxins that can collect due to such factors as aging, improper diet, lack of exercise, smoking and stress, while reducing inches and firming and toning the skin. What could be better than a fast, safe, and all natural treatment that melts away inches from thighs, stomachs, hips, and waistlines, removes cellulite, and flushes out lifelong accumulation of health threatening metabolic wastes out of the body. I'm sure you have tried diet after diet, weight loss programs, exercising and still have unwanted inches, cellulite and loose skin, you probably look and feel older than you should. Aging is accelerated by the accumulation of metabolic wastes and environmental poisons which cause wrinkles, cellulite, lack of energy and loose or crepe skin. Water retention is an obvious characteristic of waste buildup in your body. Aging reversal is now possible with Simply Slender Body Wraps by freeing the body of life long buildup, which previously made weight loss almost impossible. Simply Slender Body Wraps allow you to determine where you want to lose the unwanted inches. You can begin by slenderizing your problem areas such as thighs, hips, abdomen, arms, etc., or you may choose to wrap your entire body, you decide where inches need to come off. How it works Every cell in our body is surrounded by special liquids called lymphatic fluids. These special liquids protect and bathe the cells, bringing to them nourishment and taking away their waste products. When we have too many environmental poisons in the body, our body automatically increases the amount of fluid surrounding the cells in an attempt to dilute them. When the fluid increases around the cells in our body, it gradually causes the body to swell up and/or become puffy. Our waistlines, hips, legs, arms, etc., increase and cellulite appears. The most obvious reaction to this increase in our body is to begin a regimen of exercise and dieting. Unfortunately, the exercise and dieting may not always reduce areas where waste products have accumulated. What's the answer? It's Simple.Simply Slender Body Wraps! And so effective, it will flush out waste materials surrounding the cells and eliminate your body's need to increase fluid levels throughout the entire body. Our Body Wrap Slenderizing Cream rids the body of accumulated waste fluids stored between the cells, while luxuriously nourishing and smoothing the body. Additionally, when the fluid is drawn out, the space between the cells where the fluids and toxins were, is compacted and compressed by the wraps, contouring and reshaping the body. Simply Slender Body Wraps are NOT a dehydration or water wrap process. The inches you lose will not return unless you gain weight and put on new inches. In fact, we strongly encourage you to drink plenty of water before and after the body wrap process. WARNING: Keep wraps and Slenderizing Cream out of the reach of children! 2

Let's Get Started! Full Body Wrap - This is where you wrap from head to toe, to lose those unwanted inches over your entire body. The full body wrap results in the maximum total inch loss. Note: You will need assistance applying wraps on a full Body Wrap. Partial Wrap - Otherwise known as body Sculpting This allows you to concentrate on specific areas of the body where you would like to lose inches. For example: Waist, thighs, arms, chin, etc. Let's Start Wrapping Remove the metal clips that come with the wraps, place the wraps in a mesh laundry bag and wash the wraps when you receive them to soften and remove any chemicals from the factory. Do not dry your wraps in the dryer as this will damage them, if you intend to use them the same day simply roll them up and leave them wet, otherwise hang them to dry. Optional Now let's take the time to measure your body and record the measurements on the body diagram (You'll find this on the last page of your booklet). Making sure you place a mark on your skin above and below the tape, so as you are able to measure the same spot after your body wrap. Measuring the same spot before and after will insure accurate measurements as to inches lost. Heating the Wraps Heat approximately one gallon of water in large pan to approximately 125 degrees. Use a cooking thermometer to determine the heat of the water, if a thermometer is not available a low setting on your stove should be fairly close. Note: The water should be hot, yet not so hot as to burn your hands when handling wraps. Place several wraps into the water and allow to soak and heat to temperature of water. 3

LET S GET WRAPPING Applying the Simply Slender Slenderizing Cream Prior to using, test an area of your body for an allergic reaction 24 hours before use. While your wraps are heating, use one of the rolled heated wraps to lightly moisten your body before applying the Slenderizing Cream to the areas of your body you wish to slenderize. Note: Moisten and apply the Slenderizing Cream in steps. For example, moisten and apply the cream to one leg then wrap, next moisten and apply Cream to other leg, the wrap and so on. Apply the Slenderizing cream in an upward direction, about as much as you would use when applying a suntan lotion, making sure to cover the entire area to be wrapped. The amount of Cream needed will vary according to a persons size, however for a full body wrap we recommend using 4 ounces (half cup) on an average size person. Applying Wraps Using a pair of kitchen tongs, remove a heated wrap from water, wring out rolled wrap until it is just damp (not dripping wet). Begin by wrapping under the foot, like a stirrup, several times to hold the bandage in place, continue in an upward spiraling motion. Overlap slightly; to make sure the body is covered and no gaps remain. Note: The wraps should be firm but not so tight as to cause pain, throbbing or numbness. 4

Wrapping and Tucking Continue up the leg using as many wraps as needed, stopping just below the buttocks, as shown in the photo. This will help define the buttocks, giving you the shape you use to have. Tuck in the end of each wrap to hold in place, rather than using metal clips. Women who wear a size 10-12 pants can expect to lose about ¾ on each thigh. Legs Completed As you can see in the photos, both legs are wrapped and separated from the buttocks. Notice how the wraps spiral upward towards the heart, applied firmly, yet still allowing good circulation and movement. 5

Bottoms Up Apply Slenderizing Cream to abdomen, buttocks, hips, etc., avoiding sensitive areas. Wring out a rolled wrap and start the wrap on the belly (as shown in photo). Bring the wrap down and around the bottom of the buttocks, scooping and lifting the cheeks firmly. Continue with the wrap to where you started and make another pass around. Tuck end of wrap. Depending on your size use as many wraps as needed to achieve these results. 6

Apply second wrap (as shown in photo) starting at belly, wrapping abdomen, hips and buttocks firmly. Remember you are forming the new shape of your body! Keep the wraps tight, bring the cheeks up and pull the hips in. Especially the bulges and dimpling areas. The Slenderizing Cream draws out the fluids and toxins leaving voids, the compressed wraps then squeezes the tissue filling the voids, thus resulting in inch loss. We strongly encourage you to drink water before and after the body wrap process. Back View As you can see the abdomen, hips, and buttocks are firmly wrapped and held in place. CAUTION: Never apply wraps so tight as to cut off circulation, especially around the neck. 7

Waist, Hips, Abdomen Start your next wrap about 3 inches above your waistline. Continue downward using as many wraps as necessary wrapping your waist, hips and abdomen firmly. Remember as the toxins and fluids exit your body this firm wrapping process is reshaping your new form. Mini-Skirt Once you have firmly wrapped waist, hips and abdomen continue downward around the buttocks and beyond, as shown in the photo. This is called the mini shirt. The mini skirt helps to contour and hold everything in place. CAUTION: never apply wraps so tight as to cut off circulation, especially around the neck. 8

Bust Wrap Some women may choose not to perform the bust wrap, as it will result in inches off the bust area. If you do not choose to do the bust wrap but wish to lose inches immediately below the bust simply wrap this area firmly excluding the bust. Remember to moisten body with hot wrap and apply Slenderizing Cream before proceeding to each new area being wrapped. Wrapping the Bust Begin by making a complete wrap around rib cage, just below the bust line, then over bust and shoulder, as shown in photo above. Continue in a criss-cross pattern, using as many wraps as necessary, ending up around the rib cage, where you started. Make sure to life the breast upwards as much as possible and compress them with the wraps, this process will not only achieve inch loss but will also life and firm your bust. 9

Wrapping the Arms Begin wrap in the palm area, around hand then up the wrist and arm, wrapping firmly, however being cautious not to cut off circulation. Continue up the arm to the shoulder, as shown in photo below. Repeat on other arm. Several wraps may be used for more compression, especially if your arms are flabby. 10

Do you feel like a mummy yet? Good, then the process is nearly complete and the inches are coming off. Face, Chin and Neck Wrap 11 Moisten face with a hot wrap, apply Slenderizing Cream, making sure to avoid eyes, nose and mouth. Step 1. Start wrap on forehead. Wrap around forehead, twice. Step 2. Continue with wrap around chin to top of head. Step 3. Bring wrap around chin to top of head again. Then secure the wrap. Step 4. Finish with a wrap around the neck.

Congratulations! You're now completely wrapped. It's time to put your slenderizing suit on, to achieve maximum inch loss you must stay wrapped for 60 minutes. Simply Slender Body Wraps will reduce inches with or without exercise, if you wish to maximize inch loss we recommend staying active while wrapped, such as light walking, housework, etc. We recommend doing as much as you are comfortable with. The Results are in Remove the wraps after 60 minutes and remeasure your body, making sure to remeasure on the same place that you measured and marked in the beginning and record them next to your beginning measurements to determine your inch loss. Before and After the Wrap We recommend not using any other creams or lotions before performing your body wrap. After performing your wrap, it takes about 10 days for the skin to fully adapt to the tissue reduction. You can assist this process by avoiding potentially toxic foods such as salt, sugar, caffeine beverages, carbonated beverages and alcohol for several days following the wrap in addition to drinking 8-10 (8oz.) glasses of water a day. We also recommend taking only lukewarm showers during these days, keeping the solutions in the pores to continue attracting toxins. After three days, you should take a hot shower, open your pores, and flush the toxins out. How Often Can I Wrap? Simply Slender Body Wrap is a safe and effective process, you can do it as often as you wish, for example you may want to slim down for a special occasion and do several wraps in one day. For best long term inch loss results we recommend a series of 4 to 6 wraps about 3 days apart. If you are losing weight a continuing series will show results and keep tightening the skin to your new shape. 12

Before and After Measurement L C A. Using the enclosed body tape, measure areas that you wish to track, do not pull tape to tight, using a pen make pen marks on your skin to outline the body tape, so you can remeasure in the exact same location.
