Peter Madigan is a senior Republican strategist whose background in Foreign Affairs and International Trade spans the past two decades. He served eight years in the Reagan and Bush Administrations, working for James A Baker III as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Treasury Department and as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs at the State Department. Janice Enright partners with Harold Ickes in the Ickes & Enright Group, which they formed in 1997. Previously, Janice worked in the Clinton White House as Harold s chief of staff when he was Deputy Chief of Staff to President Clinton. In 1992, they joined Bill Clinton s presidential campaign, went on to run the NYC Convention for Clinton/Gore and then cochaired the Clinton Transition team.
