Terms for Effective from 1 August 2015 Nykredit's Online Banking Service for personal customers 1. General 1.1 Use and operational responsibilities Nykredit's online banking service is found at mitnykredit.dk. Nykredit's online banking service runs separately from the rest of mitnykredit, but appears as an integrated part of your personal Nykredit page: mitnykredit. Through Nykredit's online banking service, you can for instance: get information on cash and custody accounts transfer funds between own accounts and to third-party accounts make payments using most payment slips buy and sell Danish securities via Nykredit Bank trade in equities directly on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S (special terms apply to trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S) register with and deregister from Betalingsservice (direct debit) order cash and custody accounts, cheque books, debit cards, etc order account monitoring. Securities trading through Nykredit's online banking service requires that you have a custody account with Nykredit Bank. You can order a custody account through Nykredit's online banking service. requires authorisation from you on a special form. In addition, such person must enter into a separate Nykredit Online Banking Agreement and have an account with Nykredit Bank from which fees may be withdrawn. By signing this agreement, you accept that securities trading through Nykredit's online banking service is carried out without prior advice from Nykredit Bank. If you are in doubt or otherwise need advice, please contact your local Nykredit centre. 1.2 Log on, digital signature and NemID As a part of the Nykredit Online Banking Agreement, a NemID will be created by DanID. If you already have NemID, you may use this for Nykredit's online banking service. The security solution NemID ensures that you and no one else log on to Nykredit's online banking service and enter into agreements with the Bank. When you operate Nykredit's online banking service using NemID, the NemID conditions for online banking and public digital signa-tures apply. These conditions have been enclosed and may also be found at nemid.nu. nically (digital signature). Your electronic signature has the same legally binding effect as your signature on a paper document. Accordingly, your electronic signature is personal and must not be used by others. Messages for the Bank submitted via the function "Kontakt Nykredit" (Contact Nykredit) are not signed electronically and are only read once a day. Financially binding orders, such as requests for transfers between accounts or the purchase or sale of securities, must therefore be initiated using the relevant functions of Nykredit's online banking service or by contacting Nykredit in the usual way. These orders cannot be executed via "Kontakt Nykredit" (Contact Nykredit). A maximum of DKK 200,000 per day may be transferred to ac-counts other than your own, including payments by payment slips. No limits apply to transfers between your own accounts. Transfers exceeding DKK 200,000 may be effected by contacting Nykredit in writing. For more information on the use of Nykredit's online banking service, see the user and security manual. 2. Terms for use of Nykredit's online banking service R4962 0715 Nykredit Bank A/S CVR no 10 51 96 08 Copenhagen You also have the above options in relation to cash accounts and custody accounts if you are a joint account holder. Access to cash or custody accounts other than your own requires authorisation from the account holder on a special form. The form may be obtained from Nykredit. Access to your cash/custody accounts for persons other than joint account holders You log onto Nykredit's online banking service by means of your user ID and your NemID password. When you place financially binding orders at Nykredit's online banking service, you must use your password and a pin code from your NemID code card. When using your password and a pin code from your NemID code card at the same time, you sign your orders electro- 2.1 Internet Nykredit's online banking service is accessed via the Internet. Beforehand, you must subscribe with an Internet provider and have a suitable Internet browser. If you experience technical problems with your Internet connec-tion, please contact your Internet provider. Nykredit may be contacted for other issues concerning Nykredit's online banking service.

2.2 First logon If you do not already have NemID, you will receive an activation password and code card when you have been registered as a user of Nykredit's online banking service. You will need the activation password for the first logon to Nykredit's online banking service. You will be asked to create your NemID and provide a user name and password. The activation password has been printed by machine, and if the letter containing the password has been opened or damaged, you should contact Nykredit or DanID, see clause 6. For security reasons, you must log on within 30 days after the activation password has been sent or handed out. If you forget your password or your activation password expires, a new activation password should be obtained by contacting Nykredit or DanID, see clause 6. If you already have a NemID, you can use it for Nykredit's online banking service when we have registered you as a user. 2.3 Security, user ID, password and code card (NemID) The NemID conditions, including the conditions for storing user ID, password and code card, are found in NemID conditions for online banking and public digital signatures at nemid.nu. However, your user ID, password and codes must only be used by you. You may not disclose your password and/or codes to others nor to household members, and you must not write down your password or keep it together with your code card or write the password on the code card either. For security reasons, your password should be easy to remember and must be memorised. If you suspect that a third party has gained knowledge of your NemID, you must contact the Bank or DanID immediately in order to block your NemID and thereby your access to Nykredit's online banking service. For further details, see 6 below. Use of Nykredit's online banking service abroad If you use Nykredit's online banking service abroad, information is exchanged between Denmark and the country in question. The nature of the information exchanged depends on the functions used in Nykredit's online banking service. When using Nykredit's online banking service outside the EU, you should bear in mind that other statutory rules may apply to the processing of personal data and that some countries may prohibit the high level of encryption that forms part of the security measures of Nykredit's online banking service. Security tips when using Nykredit's online banking service familiarise yourself with the user and security manual check the authenticity of the JAVA program modules as prescribed in the user and security manual before logging onto Nykredit's online banking service use only Internet programs and Internet access from reliable Internet providers always follow Internet providers' security recommendations beware of impostor websites never write down your password or codes from the code card on paper or in an email currently, ordinary email systems are not secure. Instead, use the function "Bankbestillinger, Diverse" (Bank orders, Miscellaneous) of Nykredit's online banking service for confidential communication with Nykredit Bank never leave your computer, even briefly, without logging off Nykredit's online banking service when you have finished your banking, always log off your account by clicking the "Log af" (Log off) button. 2.4 Control and documentation Nykredit Bank executes correct and approved orders on the execution date. If the order consists in transferring funds or making payments using payment slips, the account from which the amount is to be withdrawn must contain sufficient funds. Scheduled orders may be cancelled up until the execution date. Already executed orders cannot be cancelled. Scheduled orders can be viewed in Nykredit's online banking service. Orders executed in the past two years are shown in the list of account entries. Executed orders also appear from your statements of account. Statements of account are forwarded at the interval agreed when an account is opened, with a minimum of one statement per year. On entering an order, you may order a paper receipt for yourself and/or for the payee. When trading in securities, you will receive a contract note unless you have declined to receive it when entering your order. The deadlines for transfers are specified in the user and security manual. 2.5 Your liability There is an excess of DKK 1,100 for losses as a result of the unauthorised use of Nykredit's online banking service by others when your NemID has been used. You are liable for up to DKK 8,000 for losses as a result of the unauthorised use of Nykredit's online banking service by others when Nykredit Bank can establish that you or third parties to whom you have disclosed the password and/or one or more codes from the code card contrary to the rules have enabled the unauthorised use due to gross negligence you or third parties to whom you have disclosed the password and/or one or more codes from the code card contrary to the rules have failed to notify Nykredit as soon as possible of third parties' unauthorised knowledge of the password and/or one or more codes from the code card the password and/or one or more codes from the code card have been disclosed to and used by someone, but where you did not realise or should have realised that this disclosure involved an obvious risk of misuse. Your liability for amounts is unlimited if the unauthorised use is made by third parties to whom you have wilfully disclosed the password and/or one or more codes from the code card, and you realised or should have realised that this disclosure involved an obvious risk of misuse. You are not liable for any unauthorised use of Nykredit's online banking service after you have notified Nykredit Bank. You are only liable for losses if the order is registered and booked correctly. You are not liable for any unauthorised use of Nykredit's online banking service either if the payee knew or should have

known that the third party using Nykredit's online banking service was unauthorised to do so. The liability rules are described in detail in section 62 of the Danish Payment Services Act. 2.6 Liability of Nykredit Bank Nykredit Bank is liable for losses due to unauthorised use, unless otherwise stated under clause 2.5. Nykredit Bank is liable for losses due to mistakes made by the Bank. Nykredit Bank is, however, not liable for losses not incurred as a result of unauthorised use but as a result of system interruptions preventing the use of Nykredit's online banking service; or service interruptions preventing the collection of information or execution of orders. This applies regardless of whether system interruptions or service interruptions are attributable to circumstances with Nykredit Bank, Nykredit Bank's data centre, the Internet, Internet provider or the telephone company loss, abuse, disclosure or destruction of data or any other act which compromises data or programs on your own or other persons' computers in connection with your or other persons' use of the internet and internet programs. 2.7 Complaints Any complaints about the Bank may be directed to the Danish Complaint Board of Banking Services or the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. You may contact Nykredit for further details. 2.8 Changes to or termination of the agreement This agreement may be changed by Nykredit Bank at two months' notice. As a minimum, changes will be announced in Nykredit's online banking service. Nykredit Bank continuously updates its online banking service in order to improve user friendliness and ensure an up-todate security level. When Nykredit Bank has updated Nykredit's online banking service, you will receive the updated components via the Internet. In case Nykredit Bank's changes to the system application will affect you, especially in relation to the liability rules, you will be asked to accept and adopt such changes. 2.9 e-boks As part of Nykredit Online Banking Agreement, an e-boks account will be opened for you. You will receive bank statements including statements of accounts and annual statements through e-boks. You may launch your e-boks through Nykredit's online banking service under "e-boks". If you no longer wish to receive bank statements via e-boks, you may deregister in e-boks register/deregister. Statements of account in e-boks are free of charge. We recommend that you set up your e-boks to email you when a new message is received in your e-boks. 3. User costs for Nykredit's online banking service Fees may be charged for the use of Nykredit's online banking service. Fees are listed under Services and are withdrawn from your service fee account. For securities trading, the amount is charged to the trading account relating to the custody account. The current fees payable for using Nykredit's online banking service may be changed by Nykredit Bank at two months' notice if a change is motivated by market conditions or Nykredit Bank changes its general fee structure and pricing for business reasons. Notice of any fee changes will be given through Nykredit's online banking service or by public announcement in the daily press. 4. Evaluation of applicants Access to Nykredit's online banking service is granted based on individual assessment. Nykredit Bank is entitled to refuse a customer. 5. Use, storage and disclosure of personal information Nykredit Bank registers user ID, your or any payee's account numbers, amount, date of transaction and any notification text. When Nykredit's online banking service is used to transfer amounts, information regarding the payee's account number, the amount, the date of transaction and any notification text is communicated to the payee's bank. Information is stored by Nykredit Bank, any payee and the payee's bank. The information is used for the banks' records, for statements of account, for any notifications to payees and for any subsequent correction of errors. Nykredit Bank only discloses information with your consent if required by law, for the purpose of legal proceedings or complaints brought before the Danish Complaint Board of Banking Services concerning claims arisen in connection with the use of Nykredit's online banking service. Information is stored for five years. 6. Blocking If your NemID, including your code card and/or password, has been disclosed to others or if you suspect that it has been disclosed to others, you must immediately contact Nykredit Bank or DanID, cf clause 3.5 of the NemID conditions for online banking and public digital signatures. Nykredit is currently open Monday - Friday 8-20 and Saturday - Sunday between 10:00 and 15:00, tel + 45 70 10 90 00 or fax + 45 70 10 90 01. DanID is open 24 hours a day, tel + 45 72 24 70 10 and at nemid.nu. Nykredit or DanID will then block access to the system by blocking your code card and/or your password or your NemID. A new activation password may be obtained by contacting Nykredit or DanID. We reserve the right to block your access to Nykredit's online banking service without prior notice if we discover or suspect any irregularities or misuse of your access to Nykredit's online banking service. If you have not logged onto Nykredit's online banking service for six months, we will automatically block your access for security reasons. 7. Opening hours Nykredit's online banking service is open every day from 06:00 to 01:00. Securities may be traded from 06:00 to 22:00. Immediate transactions may be executed during the opening hours of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S. Nykredit's online banking service will inform users of changes to the opening hours and of any service interruptions, if possible.

8. Terms for direct debit 8.1 Nykredit effects payments on your behalf through the Danish direct debit service ("Betalingsservice") and when the payment has been registered according to the rules on Nykredit's Kuvertbetaling (payment of customers' giro transfer and inpayment forms). 8.2 If you receive a payment slip by ordinary post after your payment has been registered, you are responsible for payment of the payment slip. 8.3 At the turn of the month, you will receive a statement pre-notifying direct debit payments to be effected that month. 8.4 In addition, the General Terms for Direct Debit Debtors which form part of this Agreement also apply. 9. Terms for Nykredit Kuvertbetaling 9.1 Payment slips must be sent to Nykredit in a special envelope which may be obtained from Nykredit. 9.2 Payment slips are paid when received by Nykredit unless the payment is due later. 9.3 Before you send the payment slip, you must detach the receipt for your own records state registration number, account number and payment date on the payment slip sign the payment slip. 9.4 On the payment date, the amount and any fees payable will be withdrawn from the account stated on the payment slip. 9.5 Together with the receipt from the payment slip, the list of account entries specifying the payment may be considered evi-dence of payment. You may request the Bank to send you a special receipt against a fee. 9.6 If a payment is effected through the direct debit service, the payment will be registered with the system. If you do not wish to register the payment, you should state this explicitly on the payment slip. 10. General terms for direct debit and Nykredit Kuvertbetaling 10.1 Nykredit is only obliged to effect payments if sufficient funds are available in the account. 10.2 Orders to pay a payment slip may be revoked or changed by notifying Nykredit thereof in writing not later than two banking days before the payment date. Payments registered with the Danish direct debit service to be refused/ refunded, will be cancelled (eg by refusing payments through Nykredit's online banking service) according to clause 8 in the General Terms for Direct Debit Debtors. If the payment deadlines are not met, Nykredit accepts no liability for the cancellation or the change. 10.3 Nykredit may charge a fee for refusing or revoking payments. 10.4 Nykredit is not liable for any consequences of delay on the part of other banks or the Danish postal services etc. Nykredit is neither liable for missing, late or incorrect payments resulting from your non-compliance with the conditions of this agreement. 10.5 You may terminate your direct debit agreement or agreement on Nykredit Kuvertbetaling in writing at any time. Nykredit may terminate the agreement by giving two months' written notice, cf clause 12 of the General Terms for Direct Debit Debtors. In the event of breach, Nykredit is, however, entitled to terminate the agreement without notice. 11. Terms for electronic payment slips You can register for electronic payment slips through Nykredit's online banking service. If you wish to receive electronic payment slips from all registered creditors, you should tick "Generel tilmelding" (General registration). If you only wish to receive electronic payment slips from some creditors, you should tick "Enkeltvis tilmelding" (Individual registration). The rules governing the use of electronic payment slips are stipulated in Conditions for electronic payment slips debtors.

With the Danish direct debit service (Betalingsservice), you can pay bills in DKK from creditors registered with the system. Once you have issued a direct debit mandate, a creditor may debit your account and credit its own. Direct debit is designed for recurring payments, but creditors may also execute one-off payments and refund excess payments made on account into your account. 2. Definitions 2.1 Refusal If you refuse a payment, the system will not execute the transaction. You can refuse a future payment in accordance with the provisions set out in clause 8. 2.2 Business days Business days are all days except Saturdays, Sundays, Danish public holidays, the Friday after Ascension Day and 5 June, 24 December and 31 December. 2.3 Direct debit mandate A direct debit mandate is an agreement between you and a creditor that authorises the creditor to collect payments from you using direct debit. You can issue a direct debit mandate directly to the creditor or through Nykredit Bank, which acts on behalf of the creditor. You must enter into a direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank to enable direct debit payments, cf 2.10. 2.4 Payment date The payment date is the day on which the amount is debited to your account. Payments are processed on business days only. 2.5 Pre-notification statements A pre-notification statement lists next month's payments from your account. You will receive the statement electronically or by ordinary post just before the end of a month. 2.6 Electronic payment information You will receive electronic payment information through your online banking service and/or your mailbox. Electronic payment information may contain payment notification from creditors and additional documents attached as a supplement to pre-notification statements. 2.7 Mailbox A mailbox is a system that allows you to receive electronic payment information. 2.8 Nets Nets A/S, business reg (CVR) no 20 01 61 75, is the company that operates Betalingsservice. As payment service provider, Nets is subject to supervision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. 2.9 Refund Reversal of a payment results in a refund from the creditor's account to your account. You or Nykredit Bank may request a refund of an effected payment subject to the provisions of clause 8. 2.10 Direct debit agreement A direct debit agreement is an agreement between you and Nykredit Bank that authorises you to pay bills through the direct debit system. 3. Direct debit registration 3.1 Direct debit agreements You must enter into a direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank to enable direct debit payments. If you want to use direct debit, please contact Nykredit Bank. Nykredit Bank is not obliged to enter into a direct debit agreement with you, but will make an individual assessment of you as a potential direct debit user. You can issue direct debit mandates once you have entered into a direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank. If you have no direct debit agreement, Nykredit Bank is entitled to reverse any payments already effected and cancel any direct debit mandates in accordance with clause 8.3. 3.2 General Terms The direct debit agreement obliges you to comply with the General Terms for Direct Debit Debtors.

4. Direct debit mandates 4.1 Effect A direct debit mandate authorises a creditor to effect a transfer from your account to the creditor's account on the payment date specified by the creditor. 4.2 Issuing direct debit mandates You may issue a direct debit mandate: To a creditor, who will register the mandate with Nets. To a creditor through Nykredit Bank, for instance through Nykredit's online banking service. By clicking on a link on the creditor's website to Nets's direct debit mandate registration form. 4.3 Using direct debit mandates The direct debit pre-notification statement will list any new direct debit mandates you have issued. Mandated payments will not be effected until the direct debit mandate appears from the pre-notification statement. Until then, you will have to pay the creditor in another way. 4.4 Change of account numbers If you wish to change the account number designated in a direct debit mandate, you must contact Nykredit Bank. 5. Pre-notification by Betalingsservice 5.1 Pre-notification statements If payments fall due next month, you will receive one or more statements pre-notifying you of future payments. Pre-notification statements will be sent electronically, unless otherwise specified. You may be able to receive pre-notification statements in print, depending on the options offered by Nykredit Bank. If you only receive pre-notification statements electronically, the rules on electronic payment information in clause 6 should be read carefully. 5.2 When do I receive a pre-notification statement? If payments fall due next month, you will receive pre-notification statements in print before the beginning of the month, assuming regular postal delivery services. If you receive pre-notification statements electronically, you will receive them through Nykredit's online banking service and/or your mailbox before the beginning of the month. 5.3 Contents of pre-notification statements A pre-notification statement specifies the amount, payment date, creditor's name and payment details that make it easy for you to identify the payment. Additional documents with information from creditors may be enclosed with the pre-notification statement. 5.4 Pre-notification statement as invoice The pre-notification statement may replace an invoice. The same applies to electronic payment information. 5.5 Copy of pre-notification statement in print You can order copies of pre-notification statements from Nykredit Bank. Nykredit Bank can provide a copy in the year the payment was effected and the subsequent five calendar years. Nykredit Bank will inform you of the fee for this service on request. 6. Electronic payment information 6.1. Your obligations You are responsible for checking that you have received electronic payment information. You must contact Nykredit Bank as soon as possible if you have not received the electronic payment information expected at the turn of the month or if your IT equipment prevents you from receiving the information. Nykredit Bank will resend payment information electronically or in print. If you fail to contact Nykredit Bank immediately, you may forfeit the option of refusing a payment, see clause 8.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your own IT equipment (computer, software, Internet connection, etc) is set up to receive electronic payment information. You are also liable for any failure by eg your telecommunications provider or Internet service provider to give you access to the Internet. 6.2 Printout of electronic pre-notification statements You can order printouts of electronic pre-notification statements from Nykredit Bank. Nykredit Bank can provide a copy in the year the payment was effected and the subsequent five calendar years. Nykredit Bank will inform you of the fee for this service on request. 6.3 Access to electronic payment information Nykredit's online banking service and/ or your mailbox will store electronic payment information for at least 13 months after the month of payment. Nykredit Bank will inform you on request of the period of time electronic information is stored in Nykredit's online banking service. Your mailbox provider can inform you of the same as regards your mailbox. If you need to store electronic payment information beyond this period, Nykredit Bank and/or the mailbox provider can explain the various storing and printing options to you. They can also tell you what to do if you change banks. 7. Payment execution 7.1 Consent to payment execution When you issue a direct debit mandate to a creditor, you allow the creditor to collect payments. You may revoke your consent by terminating the direct debit mandate, see clause 10.1, or by enforcing your right to refuse, or request a refund of,

a payment in accordance with the provisions set out in clause 8.1. If no valid direct debit mandate exists, you may dispute payments, see clause 9. 7.2 Funds in your account Your account must hold sufficient funds at the payment date. If the funds in your account are insufficient on a payment date, Nykredit Bank is entitled to reverse these payments, cf clause 8.3. 7.3 Payment execution date A payment is debited to your account on the payment date specified by the creditor in the pre-notification statement. 7.4 Specification of payment date The creditor must specify a payment date in accordance with the agreement between you and the creditor. Changes to agreed payment dates are subject to agreement between you and the creditor. 7.5 Payment and receipt Collection of payments through Betalingsservice will discharge you from your payment obligation to your creditor. A statement of account specifying the payment is considered evidence of payment. This does not apply, however, if the payment is subsequently refunded or reversed by Nykredit Bank. A separate receipt for a payment executed in the past 15 months may be ordered from Nykredit Bank. Nykredit Bank will inform you of the fee for this service on request. 7.6 Maximum execution time The maximum execution time is one business day. 8. Refusals and refunds 8.1 General deadline You may refuse a scheduled payment or request refund of a payment already effected on or before the 7th day in the month of payment. If the pre-notification statement schedules a payment on, say, the 25th day of the subsequent month, you may refuse a payment on or before the 7th day in the month of payment. If the payment has already been effected, the amount will be debited to the creditor's account and credited to your account. The list of account entries or the statement of account will show the refund. Only the payment in question will be refused or refunded not future payments under the direct debit mandate. If you want to stop all future payments, you must cancel the direct debit mandate, see clause 10.1. You can refuse or request a refund of the full amount only. 8.2 Refusal/refund of payments You must notify Nykredit Bank of any refusal or request a refund of a payment on or before the 7th day of the month of payment. You can notify Nykredit Bank electronically through Nykredit's online banking service, by letter or in another way as agreed with Nykredit Bank. 8.3 Nykredit Bank's reversal of payments Nykredit Bank may reverse a payment if: Your account does not hold sufficient funds and the sum to be paid exceeds DKK 1,000. You have not entered into a direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank. Nykredit Bank has terminated the direct debit agreement before the payment date. The direct debit mandate has expired because your account relationship with Nykredit Bank has ended before the payment date. Payment data or processing is defective. Nets must receive Nykredit Bank's request for a reversal not later than two business days after the payment date. If Nets receives the request in time, Nets will ensure that the amount is debited from the creditor's account and credited to your account. Nykredit Bank will notify you after the refund of the payment. 8.4 Deadlines If the deadline for a refusal, a refund or a reversal is a non-business day, the deadline will be the next business day. 9. Disputing payments 9.1 Unauthorised and incorrect payments Payments are unauthorised if there is no valid direct debit mandate. Payments are incorrect if they are not registered and booked correctly or if they are affected by technical failure or similar failure caused by Nets or Nykredit Bank, for example a discrepancy between the notified amount and the booked amount. 9.2 Your right of dispute You may take a dispute to Nykredit Bank stating that: A payment is incorrect A payment is unauthorised because you have not issued a direct debit mandate to the creditor for the payment in question. You must contact Nykredit Bank as soon as possible after detecting an incorrect or unauthorised payment and not later than 13 months after the payment date. If the payment is incorrect or unauthorised, Nykredit Bank will reverse the entire amount. Your position will be the same as before execution of the payment. 9.3 Deadlines If the deadline for disputing a payment is a non-business day, the deadline will be the next following business day.

10. Termination of direct debit mandates 10.1 1 Cancellation by you You may notify Nykredit Bank or your creditor that you wish to terminate a direct debit mandate at any time. 10.2 Effective date Termination of a direct debit mandate will take effect as soon as possible and not later than three business days after Nets has received your request for termination from Nykredit Bank or the creditor. 10.3 3 Lapse due to inactivity A direct debit mandate may lapse if the mandate has been inactive for a period of 15 months. If a direct debit mandate lapses, this will be stated in the pre-notification statement. 10.4 Lapse on termination of direct debit agreement If your direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank is terminated, all direct debit mandates under the direct debit agreement will lapse, see clause 12.2. 10.5 Deregistration by creditor If your creditor ceases to use direct debit, your direct debit mandate with the creditor automatically lapses. 10.6 Effect of termination and lapse If a direct debit mandate has been deregistered or has lapsed, your creditor can no longer collect direct debit payments from your account. Pre-notified, but not yet executed, payments will not be executed. The pre-notification statement will show terminated or expired direct debit mandates. 11. Your termination of the direct debit agreement 11.1 No termination notice You may terminate your direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank in writing at any time. 11.2 Effect of your termination On termination, all direct debit mandates under the direct debit agreement will lapse. Consequently, your creditor can no longer collect direct debit payments from you. Payments listed in the pre-notification statement will not be executed if they fall due for payment after the termination of the direct debit agreement. 11.3 Effective date Your termination of the direct debit agreement will take effect as soon as possible and not later than three business days after Nykredit Bank has received your notice of termination. 12. Nykredit Bank's termination of the direct debit agreement 12.1 Nykredit Bank's notice of termination Nykredit Bank may terminate the direct debit agreement by giving at least two months' written notice. Nykredit Bank may terminate the agreement without notice in the event of a material breach of contract on your part. Nykredit Bank will inform you in writing of the reason for termination. An example of a material breach would be if you failed to ensure sufficient funds in your account on several occasions, see clause 7.2. 12.2 Effect of termination of the direct debit agreement If your direct debit agreement with Nykredit Bank is terminated, all direct debit mandates under the direct debit agreement will cease. Consequently, you will have to pay your creditors in another way. 13. Nykredit Bank's failure to meet its obligations If a direct debit payment is not effected because Nykredit Bank suspends payments or goes bankrupt, the creditor may collect payment from you in another way. In this situation, the creditor may not claim that you have defaulted on your payment obligations if you effect payment within the new deadline set by the creditor. 14. Nykredit Bank's liability Nykredit Bank is liable for damages resulting from any delay or default in performing its obligations if such delay or default is due to errors or negligence. Even in areas where a stricter statutory liability applies, Nykredit Bank is not liable for losses due to The breakdown of/lack of access to IT systems or damage to the data of these systems which can be attributed to the events below regardless of whether Nykredit Bank itself or an external supplier is responsible for the operation of the systems; failures in Nykredit Bank's power supply or telecommunications, statutory intervention or administrative acts, natural disasters, war, insurrections, civil riots, sabotage, terror or vandalism (including computer viruses and hacking); Strike, lockout, boycott or blockade regardless of whether the conflict is directed at or initiated by Nykredit Bank itself or its organisation and regardless of the reason for the conflict. This also applies where the conflict only affects part of Nykredit Bank; Other circumstances beyond Nykredit Bank's control. Nykredit Bank's exemption from liability does not apply if: Nykredit Bank should have anticipated the factor causing the loss when the agreement or contract was concluded or should have avoided or overcome the reason for the loss, or Nykredit Bank is liable for the factor which caused the loss pursuant to current legislation.

15. Fees Nykredit Bank will inform you of applicable Betalingsservice fees on request. 16. Changes to terms 16.1 Notification of changes Changes to these terms which are to your disadvantage are subject to two months' notice. Other changes may take effect without notice. You will be notified of changes eg by email, post or through Nykredit's online banking service. 16.2 Approval of changes You are assumed to have approved the pre-notified changes unless you inform Nykredit Bank that you do not wish to be bound by the new terms. If you cannot accept the changes, your direct debit agreement will terminate not later than on the day the changes take effect. 17. Law, jurisdiction and disputes These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be brought before the Danish Complaint Board of Banking Services or the ordinary courts in the jurisdiction of Nykredit Bank's domicile. Disputes relating to Nets's business conduct as payment services provider may be brought before the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. 18. Languages The original language of these General Terms for Direct Debit Debtors is Danish, and communication with you will be in Danish.

Conditions for Effective from 1 December 2011 electronic payment slips debtors 1. About electronic payment slips Electronic payment slips are payment slips from a creditor provided through your online banking system. Electronic payment slips contain the same information as printed payment slips. You can only pay electronic payment slips through your online banking system. 2. Definitions 2.1 Banking days Banking days are all days except Saturdays, Sundays, Danish public holidays, the Friday after Ascension Day and 5 June, 24 December and 31 December. 2.2 Payment date The payment date is the day on which the amount is debited to your account. Payments are processed on banking days only. 2.3 Payment slips The term payment slip refers to payment slips used in the joint payment system (Fælles Indbetalingssystem) and the giro system. 2.4 Nets Nets Denmark A/S, business reg (CVR) no 20 01 61 75, is the company that enters into the agreement on electronic payment slips with the creditor. 2.5 Debtor agreement on electronic payment slips A debtor agreement on electronic payment slips is an agreement between you and Nykredit Bank enabling you to receive payment slips electronically in Nykredit's online banking system. 3. Your agreement to receive electronic payment slips 3.1 Debtor agreement on electronic payment slips If you wish to receive electronic payment slips, you must enter into a debtor agreement for electronic payment slips with Nykredit Bank. By entering into the debtor agreement, you agree that Nykredit Bank may forward your name, address and civil registration number (CPR no) to Nets. Nets only uses this information to identify you as the correct receiver of electronic payment slips. Nets does not pass your CPR no on to creditors or to others. You must pay payment slips received on print, until you receive them electronically. You must terminate your agreement with Nykredit Bank if you wish to discontinue receiving electronic payment slips in general, see clause 6.1. 3.2 Your obligations When you enter into a debtor agreement on electronic payment slips, you are obliged to comply with these conditions. 3.3 General registration of creditors You can choose a general registration for electronic payment slips. A general registration means that you can receive electronic payment slips from all creditors who provide electronic payment slips. Please note, you can only receive electronic payment slips from creditors who send payment slips via Nets. Even though you have made a general registration, you may receive a printed payment slip from a creditor using electronic payment slips. Your general registration implies that Nykredit Bank can register this specific creditor when you pay the payment slip in Nykredit's online banking service. The creditors registered are listed in Nykredit's online banking service. 3.4 Specific registration of creditors Once you have entered into a debtor agreement for electronic payment slips, you can specify the creditors from whom you wish to receive electronic payment slips individually. You will only receive electronic payment slips from creditors you have registered, unless you have also made a general registration for electronic payment slips. Specific registration requires the following information: Creditor's Nets number Debtor group number Your customer number with creditor. Please note that you can only receive electronic payment slips from creditors who send payment slips via Nets. 3.5 Foreign address If you reside outside of Denmark or Greenland, you should make a specific registration of creditors. If you undertake a general registration, the payment slip will typically be sent by ordinary post. 3.6 Printed payment slips Nets will send you printed payment slips if it is not possible to send electronic payment slips to you and your creditor uses this service. 4. Receipt of electronic payment slips 4.1 Notification of receipt When you have received an electronic payment slip, it can be viewed in Nykredit's online banking service. You will receive a notification through Nykredit's online banking service as well as an email,

text message or the like, depending on the method of notification you have agreed with Nykredit Bank. 4.2 Access to electronic payment slips Electronic payment slips are accessible in Nykredit's online banking service in the month when the electronic payment slip is due for payment plus the following 12 months. If you wish to keep the information in electronic payment slips for a longer period, Nykredit Bank can inform you of the options available for saving or printing electronic payment slips. Nykredit Bank can also inform you of what to do if you decide to terminate your online banking agreement, see clause 7.1. 4.3 Printed copy You can order a printed copy of electronic payment slips. It will be stated on the copy that the payment slip has already been sent electronically. You can order a printed copy in the year stated as the last payment date on the payment slip and the following five years. Nykredit Bank can inform you of the charge for this service on request. 5. Payment execution 5.1 Your authorisation To initiate a payment based on an electronic payment slip, you must authorise the payment in Nykredit's online banking service. 5.2 Payment execution date If you authorise an electronic payment slip having the payment data specified by creditor, the payment will be executed on the specified payment date with the specified amount. Before you approve the payment, you can change the payment date and the amount in Nykredit's online banking service disregarding the payment data provided by the creditor. 5.3 Liability for payment data changes If you change the payment data specified by the creditor in an electronic payment slip or if you do not pay, the matter must be settled exclusively between you and the creditor. Neither Nykredit Bank nor Nets are liable in this connection. 5.4 Payment and receipt A statement of account specifying the payment is considered evidence of payment. 5.5 Maximum execution time The maximum execution time is one banking day from the payment date you have approved, see clause 5.2. 5.6 Cancellation of payment You cannot cancel a payment order once the payment has been effected. Authorised payments that have not yet been effected may be cancelled in accordance with the rules that apply to Nykredit's online banking service. 6. Termination of debtor agreement on electronic payment slips 6.1 Termination by you You may terminate your debtor agreement on electronic payment slips with Nykredit Bank at any time. Your notice of termination must be made in writing or through Nykredit's online banking service. 6.2 Termination by Nykredit Bank Nykredit Bank may terminate the agreement in writing subject to the notice that applies to your Nykredit Online Banking Agreement. 6.3 Effect If the agreement is terminated, all general and specific creditor registrations will be deleted. You will subsequently receive printed payment slips. The termination becomes effective as soon as possible after Nykredit Bank has received your termination notification. If Nykredit Bank has terminated the agreement, the termination takes effect on the date specified. Payments that have been authorised, but not yet effected will be paid as agreed unless you cancel the payment order, see clause 5.6. Electronic payment slips that you have already received will remain available in Nykredit's online banking service in accordance with clause 4.2. Depending on Nykredit's online banking service, it may still be possible to pay electronic payment slips that have not yet been authorised. 7. Termination of Nykredit Online Banking Agreement 7.1 Termination of debtor agreement If your Nykredit Online Banking Agreement is terminated, your debtor agreement for electronic payment slips will also be deemed terminated. You will subsequently receive printed payment slips. 7.2 Unauthorised electronic payment slips Nykredit Bank is not responsible for any electronic payment slips which have not been authorised and are thus unpaid because your access to Nykredit's online banking service has been terminated. Unauthorised electronic payment slips will be deleted when your access to Nykredit's online banking service is terminated. Please contact Nykredit Bank if you wish to receive unauthorised printed electronic payment slips. If Nykredit Bank terminates or cancels your Nykredit Online Banking Agreement, Nykredit Bank must send you printed copies of all unauthorised electronic payment slips. This only applies to electronic payment slips with a payment date within three months of the date of termination. 7.3 Authorised electronic payment slips Payments that have been authorised but not yet effected will be effected as agreed unless you cancel the payment order in accordance with Nykredit Bank's general rules for cancelling payments. 8. Creditors' liability Creditors are liable if they cause late delivery of an electronic payment slip or if the electronic payment slip is incorrect. In this case, creditors have no remedies for breach against you. Contact a creditor as soon as possible if an electronic payment slip is missing or is incorrect. 9. Nykredit Bank's liability Nykredit Bank is liable for damages resulting from any delay or default in performing its obligations if such delay or default is due to errors or negligence. Read about NemID conditions for online banking and public digital signatures 1. Introduction NemID is a security solution used for accessing your online banking service, public authority websites and private websites. You can also use NemID for providing your digital signature. NemID comprises a user ID, a password and a code card that indicates the onetime passwords (called codes) you must use together with your user ID and your password. For the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solution, you receive your codes via your telephone. You also have the option of having an electronic code token to indicate your codes. However, you will still need to retain your code card, as there are some situations in which you will need to use it. If you wish to use NemID to provide a public digital signature, you also need an OCES certificate for NemID. OCES stands for Offentlige Certifikater til Elektronisk Service (Public certificates for digital service). The conditions below apply to the use of NemID. If you only want to use NemID for your online banking service, you only need to read clauses 2 and 3. The use of NemID for your online banking service is otherwise regulated by your Online Banking Agreement. This will also show to what extent the rules on liability in the Danish Payment Services Directive apply. If you also wish to use NemID as a public digital signature, please read through clauses 2, 3 and 4. You can also find the conditions at nemid.nu or nets-danid.dk. DanID refers to Nets DanID A/S, CVR 30838460. Device refers to the device on which the NemID is used eg pc, mobile phone or tablet. 2. Legally binding actions When you use NemID to carry out actions, eg to provide your digital signature, you will be legally obligated towards the recipient in the same way as when you sign a document physically. 3. Conditions for the use of NemID 3.1 Registration for NemID When you register for NemID, you are obligated to provide sufficient and correct information. 3.2 Storing user ID, password and code card/code token Please note that your user ID, password and code card/ code token must be stored securely to prevent others from using them you may not disclose your password or your codes, and you may not hand over your code card/code token to others you may not scan your code card, enter the codes on exter-nal media or in any other way copy the codes or store them digitally you may not write down your password you may not store the password together with your code card/code token or write the password on your code card/code token. 3.3 Security when using NemID You must ensure that your user ID, password and code card/ code token are only used by you and only in accordance with the conditions others cannot view your password when you enter it you use NemID on a device where the operating system, Internet browser and other programs are regularly updated with the latest security updates. You must regularly check that you have not lost your code card/code token and that NemID has not been misused. You can, for example, choose to record where you use NemID in the activity log by using the self-service function at nemid. nu. This will enable you to check that NemID has only been used for the websites of service providers you have visited. 3.4 Activation password If you have just registered for your online banking service, you will receive an activation password that you can use to log in and register for NemID. This also applies if you have blocked your password, see clause 3.5 on blocking. If you suspect that a third party has gained knowledge of your activation password, eg if the letter with the activation password has been tampered with, you should immediately request a new activation password from DanID or your bank. 3.5 Blocking 3.5.1 Your duty to block immediately You must immediately block your code card if you suspect third parties have or may have gained knowledge of the codes on your code card, eg if the letter containing the code card was tampered with when you received it, your code token if the letter containing the code token was tampered

with when you received it, your code card/code token if you have lost it. If you find a lost code card/code token, it must be destroyed, your password if you suspect that others have or might have gained knowledge of it, unless you are immediately able to change the password via nemid.nu. 3.5.2 Contacts in case of blocking When you block your password and/or code card/code token, you must provide your name, address and civil registration number (CPR no) as required, or your user ID, code card number or code token number. You must also indicate whether you want to block your password or code card/ code token. When you have blocked your password, DanID will send you a confirmation, stating the time and reason for the blocking. You can block your password and/or code card/code token by dialling +45 72 24 70 10 (24 hours a day) visiting nemid.nu (24 hours a day) contacting your bank or local citizen service centre (if your NemID is associated with a public digital signature). You can use the activity log at nemid. nu at any time to check when your password and/or code card/code token was blocked and the reason why. 3.5.3 Blocking by DanID DanID will block your password if DanID suspects or finds out that third parties have gained access to your password password if it has been entered incorrectly a certain number of times code card/code token if DanID suspects or finds out that third parties have gained knowledge to codes from your code card/code token NemID if DanID finds out you have not complied with the conditions in clause 3 NemID if the information you provided when registering for NemID was incorrect, or NemID if DanID is informed that you have passed away. 3.5.4 Using NemID after blocking You cannot use NemID when your NemID or password has been blocked. If only your code card/code token has been blocked, some banks may allow you limited access to your online banking service, for instance to check your account information. 3.6 Terminating your access to NemID If you no longer wish to use NemID, you may terminate your access at any time, see clause 3.5.2 on blocking. Please note that you will no longer be able to use the services involving the use of NemID. 3.7 Processing of personal data If you have registered for NemID via your bank, DanID will process your personal data on behalf of the bank. DanID will process your personal data, ie name, address and CPR no, to be able to identify you. DanID will also use your email address, if provided, to notify you of any blocking, for example. If you have registered your mobile phone number with DanID, DanID will use your mobile phone number to send you text messages concerning activation passwords etc. Log files may be created on the user's device whenever NemID is used. The user may delete these if desired. As part of security, DanID registers the times when you use NemID, the IP address and other information about the device on which you use your NemID. The NemID solution uses a so-called Java applet, which runs on the user's computer. In order to ensure that the system is working securely and efficiently, the applet stores the code locally (cache) on the user's computer. For more information about log files and security, please visit nemid.nu/om_nemid/sikkerhed/logning. If you use the self-service function at nemid.nu and choose to log where you have used NemID, DanID will also log the service providers with which you have used NemID. You can always un-subscribe from this log function, in which case DanID will no longer log where you have used NemID. DanID will keep the data for the current year + five years, after which it will be deleted. 3.8 Claims related to NemID Any claims that arise as a result of your use of NemID through your online banking service must be made to your bank in accor-dance with your online banking agreement. Any claims that arise as a result of your use of NemID at other websites must be raised against the service provider or DanID. 3.9 The IVR solution The IVR solution is primarily designed for the blind and people with impaired vision. If you receive codes via the IVR solution, you must take the proper precautions for the telephone on which you receive codes. The precautions for code cards/code tokens are specified in these conditions. This means that you must ensure that the telephone on which you receive codes is independent of the computer/telephone you subsequently use to type in the code, you must immediately block your password if you lose the telephone on which you receive the codes, or if you discover that your telephone line is being misused. 3.10 Amendment of the conditions for using NemID DanID may amend the conditions for NemID without prior notice, if the amendment is due to a change of the NemID security requirements. Amendments will enter into force once published at nemid.nu. If you have registered your email address with DanID, you will also be notified of amendments by email. Other amendments will be announced at nemid. nu no later than three months before taking effect. 4. Special conditions applying to public digital signatures If you use NemID as a public digital signature, this clause 4 will apply in addition to the conditions stated in clauses 2 and 3. If you wish, you may request several NemIDs, and thus also different code cards/code tokens and user IDs for use with your online banking service and your public digital signature, respectively. 4.1 Processing of personal data When your OCES certificate has been issued and linked to NemID, you confirm that DanID may retrieve your name and address from the CPR register DanID may pass on the link between your public digital signature and your CPR number to the public PID (Perso-

nal Identification) service at the Danish National IT and Telecom Agency. The PID service is used by public service providers for identification purposes. A private service provider may only retrieve your CPR number with your consent when you log onto the service provider's site DanID may use the public PID service to retrieve the PID number of a previous digital signature. If you have received your NemID through your online banking service and you also wish to use NemID as a public digital signature, you consent that the bank can pass on and DanID can use your personal data (name, address, CPR number and, if pro-vided, email address and mobile phone number) to DanID to issue and manage your public digital signature. If you have received your NemID in connection with a public digital signature, and you also wish to use the NemID for your online banking service, you must accept your bank's request to let DanID pass on NemID data to your bank so that you may use NemID for your online banking service. If you no longer wish your personal data and/or information about your NemID to be processed as indicated above, you can either block your public digital signature by contacting DanID or a citizen service centre, and/or you can terminate access to your online banking service by contacting your bank. If you block your public digital signature, you can only use NemID with your online banking service; if you terminate your access for your online banking service, you can only use NemID as a public digital signature. 4.2 Your obligations and responsibility as holder of a public digital signature and related OCES certificate You must ensure that the name and any email address details provided in the OCES certificate are correct. In case the information provided on the OCES certificate is changed eg if you change your name you must renew your OCES certificate within 30 days. If you do not renew the OCES certificate within 30 days, and DanID becomes aware that the information is incorrect, DanID will block your OCES certificate. You may not use your OCES certificate to issue certificates to others. 4.3 Blocking your OCES certificate DanID will block your OCES certificate if you ask DanID to do so DanID becomes aware that you have failed to comply with the NemID conditions. If the OCES certificate is blocked by you, DanID will send you a confirmation that the certificate has been blocked, either by sending a signed email or by letter to your address listed in the Danish National Register of Persons if DanID has access to this address. If DanID does not have access to the address listed in the National Register of Persons, DanID will send the confirmation to the address provided to DanID by you. If DanID blocks your OCES certificate, and the blocking was not requested by you, DanID will inform you of the reason for the blocking by signed email and by letter if possible. 4.4 Renewing your OCES certificate The period of validity of your OCES certificate will be shown on the certificate. An OCES certificate is valid for up to four years. DanID will inform you no later than four weeks before the expiry of your OCES certificate by sending either an email or a letter to the address listed in the National Register of Persons if DanID has access to this address. You can renew your OCES certificate before it expires by using your old OCES certificate. If your OCES certificate has expired or has been blocked, you must order a new certificate. 4.5 Obligations and responsibility when you receive digitally signed data If you receive digitally signed data, for example because you exchange digitally signed emails or documents, you must, before you rely on the OCES certificate, check that the sender's OCES certificate is valid, ie that the validity period shown on the OCES certificate has not expired is not blocked, ie it is not on DanID's certificate revocation list posted on DanID's website its use complies with any restrictions shown on the OCES certificate. 4.6 DanID's liability to you as the holder of an OCES certificate DanID's liability for misuse is subject to the general rules of Danish law. However, DanID is not liable for losses caused by your non-compliance with the conditions for NemID. Any claim for damages relating to your OCES certificate must be raised against DanID. The conditions for NemID are governed by Danish law. Any dis-putes arising between you and DanID that cannot be resolved by negotiation must be brought before the City Court of Copenhagen. 4.7 DanID's liability to you when you receive digitally signed data DanID is liable for losses incurred by you where you reasonably relied on a sender's OCES certificate if such loss is caused by an error on DanID's part in connection with registering, issuing or blocking the certificate. DanID is not be liable for any loss if DanID can prove that DanID has not acted negligently or with wilful intent. 5.
