The patient spends at least 2 hours a day in the wheelchair. Patient is having increased difficulty getting around the home for things such as caring for himself and getting to restroom. This has worsened since his heart failure hospitalization. The cane is no longer sufficient so he is using a wheeled walker but he is getting too fatigued to go beyond 10. Patient would benefit from a wheelchair which he could propel around the house. 1.
