214 BI-ANNUAL SUMMARY NOTES PAGE Note 1 Note 2 Note 3 Note 4 On the Complaint Locations map, some complaint location boxes may overlap depending on the proximity of different complainants. In addition, the total number of boxes on the map may not match the total number of complaints depending on the location of the complainant (i.e. some people may have concerns from areas outside the map range). The number and corresponding percentage in each arrow box represents the number and percentage of aircraft that arrived to or departed from that particular runway in comparison to the total number of aircraft that departed from or arrived to CVG for the reporting period and category. CVG's Noise Abatement Program defines large jet aircraft as aircraft weighing greater than 7, lbs. (i.e. Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, etc.) and small aircraft such as regional jets or turbo prop aircraft (i.e. Canadair Regional Jets, Embraer Jets, Embraer Brazilia, Mitsubishi 2, Learjets, etc.). Due to the reduction of complaints reported on the Hamilton County On-Line Complaint website, as of January 1, 29, any complaints received in the future will be incorporated into pages 1-4 of this report (not reported separately).
