INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVING & DEPARTING RAGBRAI OVERNIGHT TOWNS 2015 SIOUX CITY Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Sioux City Note: There is considerable construction on Interstate 29 coming into Sioux City from the South. Do not use Exit 149 from the South. Use Exit 148 and follow the signs. Expect traffic to back up and expect delays. The Main Campground is located along the Missouri River Front, Larsen Park Road. The Latitudinal and Longitudinal coordinates for entrance to the main campground are: -96.424 W 42.491 N River Front camping along Larsen Park Road is well suited to groups, clubs with trailers. One way road, in & out with limited parking. The information booth is located next to 900 Larsen Park Road, with information booths at each campground. The Main Information Booth and the Register s Information Booth are both located inside the Tyson Event Center at 401 Gordon Drive. Those arriving in Sioux City from Interstate I-29 Those traveling north on I-29 to the main campground will take the Wesley Park Way. Exit (Exit 148). Proceed up the off ramp to Wesley Park Way and turn north (right) on Wesley Park Way to West 7 th Street. Turn west (left) on West 7 th to Hamilton Blvd. Turn south (left on Hamilton Blvd. to Larsen Park Road. Please use this route to access the campground as road construction is present at the Hamilton Blvd. interchange. Those traveling South on I-29 to the main campground will take the Hamilton Blvd. exit (Exit 149). Proceed down the off ramp to Hamilton Blvd. and turn south (right) on Hamilton Blvd approximately 1 block to Larsen Park Rd. Those Arriving from Iowa Highway 20 Those traveling west on Iowa Highway 20 will notice that the road becomes Gordon Drive at the city limits. Riders camping in the main camp ground will travel west on Highway 20/Gordon Drive to Nebraska Street. Turn north (right) on Nebraska St. approximately three blocks to 3 rd Street. Turn west (left) onto 3 rd street and proceed to Wesley Park Way and turn north (right) on Wesley Park Way to West 7 th Street. Turn west (left) on West 7 th to Hamilton Blvd. Turn south (left) on Hamilton Blvd. to Larsen Park Road. Those arriving on Highway 75 or 77 from Nebraska Those traveling on Highway 75 or 77 in Nebraska to the main campground will travel north on Highway 77/75 towards Sioux City. At Dakota Ave. in South Sioux City, NE turn left onto US 20BR, N/US 77 continue to follow US 20BR, N/US 77 into Iowa. After crossing the Missouri river into Iowa the road becomes Wesley Park Way. Continue north on Wesley Park Way to West 7 th Street. Turn west (left) on West 7 th to Hamilton Blvd. Turn south (left) on Hamilton Blvd. to Larsen Park Road. Riverside Park Campground Should the main campground become crowded message signs will direct traffic to the Riverside Park campground off of I-29 Exit 151. Turn North (right) on Riverside Blvd for approximately 4 blocks and then

turn west (left) on Council Oak Drive into the campground. There is one-way traffic around this camp ground. The Latitudinal and Longitudinal coordinates for entrance to the Riverside campground are: - 96.470W 42.500 N Cook Park Campground Cook Park is another campground approximately ½ mile from the Expo area for general camping (No RV s). Take the Wesley Park Way Exit (Exit 148). Proceed up the off ramp to Wesley Park Way and turn north (right) on Wesley Park Way to West 4 th Street. Turn West (left) on West 4 th street to Market Street. Turn North (right) on Market Street. The Latitudinal and Longitudinal coordinates for information booth at the Cook Park campground are: -96.414W, 42.498N Note to RV and Motor Home travelers. There is limited sewage dumping facilities in the Sioux City campgrounds. Those traveling on Interstate 29 northbound can use the rest area at exit 139 just south of Sioux City. Those traveling Southbound can use the rest area at Exit 26 at Vermillion, SD. The RV dump site in Sioux City will be near Cunningham and Dace Streets for the main campground and there will be one in the NW corner of the Riverside Park campground. Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Leaving Sioux City Vehicles leaving the Main Campground along the Missouri Riverfront on Larsen Park Road will follow Larsen Park Road south and east. Follow the round-a-bout to the right and stop at the stop sign. Go north (straight) on Floyd Blvd to Dace Ave. Turn west (left) on Dace Ave. to Virginia Street. Turn North (right on Virginia Street one block to Gordon Drive. Turn east (right) on Gordon Drive and follow Gordon Drive out of town approximately 70 miles to Highway 71. Turn North (left) on Highway 71 to Storm Lake. Vehicles leaving the Riverside Park campground will leave the campground and turn south (right) on Riverside Blvd. and continue to the I-29 Southbound on- ramp. Turn south (left) on to the on- ramp and head south to exit 144 Highway 20 East. Take the exit ramp up and over I-29 and head east on the Highway 20/75 bypass. Take exit 4 Gordon Drive/Highway 20 East to the east (right) and follow highway 20 out of town approximately 70 miles to Highway 71. Turn North (left) on Highway 71 to Storm Lake. Vehicles leaving the Cook Park campground will go East on West 4 th Street to Wesley Park Way. Turn South (right) on Wesley Park Way to 3 rd Street. Turn East (left) on 3 rd street to Virginia Street. Turn South (right) on Virginia Street to Gordon Drive. Turn East (left) on Gordon Drive out of town approximately 70 miles to Highway 71. Turn North (left) on Highway 71 to Storm Lake. STORM LAKE Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Storm Lake Support vehicles will arrive via Highway 71 and will be routed on East Lakeshore Drive and northbound on Flindt Drive (Highway 7). Follow signs to Main Campground. Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Storm Lake Support vehicles will depart via Highway 110. This is on the west side of the lake. Cars should head west on Highway 7 (Milwaukee Avenue), and head south on Highway 110 (Abner Bell Road). Highway 110 will take you past Schaller and to Highway 20 where you will head east on Highway 20 towards Fort Dodge (or the meeting town of Manson)

FORT DODGE Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Fort Dodge Support vehicles will arrive via Highway 20 and take Exit 121 (Highway 169). They will head northbound on Highway 169 and take Business 20. Travel east on Business 20/5th Avenue South to South 32nd Street. Turn north (left) to 10th Avenue North. Turn west (left) onto 10th Avenue North and arrive at Fort Dodge Senior High parking lot. Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Fort Dodge Support vehicles can depart either east or westbound on Business 20. Eastbound traffic will use P59 and head south to Highway 20. Westbound traffic on Business 20 will use Highway 169 and head south to Highway 20. All traffic on Highway 20 will head east towards Eldora (or the meeting town of Alden) ELDORA Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Eldora Support vehicles will arrive via Highway 20 and take Exit 181 (S56). Do not take the earlier Eldora exits! You will head southbound on S56 through Steamboat Rock to Highway 175 and enter Eldora. Follow signs to Main Campground. Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Eldora Support vehicles can depart eastbound on Highway 175 towards Cedar Falls (or the meeting town of Parksburg) CEDAR FALLS Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Cedar Falls U.S. Highway 20 to Hudson Road, exit 224. Vehicles will turn left and continue northbound on Hudson Road. Support vehicles with campsites west of the UNI-Dome will continue northbound on Hudson Road to West 22 nd St. They will turn left on West 22 nd Street and be directed to their camping area. RV parking north of the UNI-Dome area will turn left on West 22 nd Street and be directed to their campsite. RV parking south of the UNI-Dome area will turn left on 31 st St. and proceed north on Prairie Parkway to be directed to their campsite. RV parking near West 23 rd Street will turn right on West 23 rd and be directed to their campsite. Campers near Bender/Dancer Hall and Nielsen Fieldhouse will turn on West 19 th Street to Campus Street.

If you are a member of a charter group, turn right on University Avenue to designated campsite. Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Cedar Falls Support vehicles west of the UNI-Dome and RV parking north of the UNI-Dome will exit to West 22 nd Street, turning left onto Hudson Road. They will turn right on West 18 th Street and continue eastbound until they reach the interchange for Highway 58/27 (southbound). They will travel Highway 58/27 until they reach the Highway 20 eastbound interchange, taking eastbound Highway 20 to I 380 to Hiawatha. RV parking near West 23 rd Street will turn right onto West 23 rd Street then right onto Hudson Road, proceeding to 18 th Street, where they will turn right onto West 18 th and continue eastbound to Highway 58/27. Take southbound Highway 58/27 to eastbound US Highway 20. Continue eastbound on Highway 20 to I 380 to Hiawatha. Support vehicles for Dancer/Bender Hall and Nielsen Fieldhouse will exit using Campus Street to West 18 th Street. They will turn right onto West 18 th Street to Highway 58/27 (southbound). Take Highway 58/27 to eastbound Highway 20. Take eastbound Highway 20 to I 380 to Hiawatha. Support vehicles in the charter campground area of University Avenue and College Streets will turn right on University Avenue and continue eastbound to the southbound ramp to State Highway 58/27. Continue southbound to Highway 20 East. Exit Highway 20 East to I 380 to Hiawatha. HIAWATHA Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Hiawatha Registered Support Vehicles Entering Hiawatha registered support vehicles exit I-380 southbound at Exit 25, Boyson Road Vehicles without Passes (You will not be admitted to Main Campgrounds without Vehicle Passes) All other Vehicles exit I-380 southbound at Exit 28, E34 Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Hiawatha Leaving Hiawatha support vehicles take southbound I-380 from Boyson Road, Exit 25 CORALVILLE Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Arriving Hiawatha Registered Support Vehicles: I-80 to Exit 240; south on Coral Ridge Avenue; east on US 6; north on 22 nd Avenue; east on 9 th Street, which will become 18 th Avenue; east on 8 th Street to Main Campgrounds Vehicles without Passes (You will not be admitted to Main Campgrounds without Vehicle Passes): I-80 to Exit 240; south on Coral Ridge Avenue; east on James Street. Quiet Campground Vehicles: I-80 to Exit 240; south on Coral Ridge Avenue; east on US 6; north on 10 th Avenue; east on 6 th Street

RV/Generator Vehicles: I-80 to Exit 240; south on Coral Ridge Avenue; east on US 6; north on 1 st Avenue; east on E. 9 th Street; north on Ring Road Directions for RAGBRAI Vehicles Departing Coralville Registered Support Vehicles: West on 8 th Street, north on 18 th Avenue which becomes 9 th Street, west on 9 th Street, south on 22 nd Avenue, west on US 6, north on Coral Ridge Avenue; east on I 80 Vehicles without Passes: West on James Street, north on Coral Ridge Avenue, east on I 80 Quiet Campground Vehicles: West on 6 th Street, south on 10 th Avenue, west on US 6, north on Coral Ridge Avenue, east on I 80 RV/Generator Vehicles: West then south on Ring Road, west on E. 9 th Street, north on 1 st Avenue, east on I 80 DAVENPORT Support Vehicle Routes to Parking and Pick-Up of Riders in Davenport Below are directions to each parking area that was assigned to each rider for their crews to pick them up. Please do not plug in coordinates and rely on your GPS unit to get you where you think you need to go. There is a lot of construction in the Quad Cities and these are the best routes for you to take. QCCA Expo Center, Rock Island, IL On I-80 east, once past the Iowa 80 truck stop in Walcott, IA, you will need to be in the right lane to take the I-280 Bypass around the Quad Cities at exit 290, Rock Island/Moline. Follow I-280, through a construction zone, to Illinois. This construction zone is one lane of traffic in each direction, so please use caution and obey all signs and speed limits. Once over the Mississippi River, take exit 11B to get to Rock Island and the Riverfront, on the Great River Road/IL 92 East. You will see signs for the QCCA Expo Center and the Quad Cities Botanical Center. Follow IL 92/Centennial Expressway around until you see the Mississippi River, on your left, and signs for the Rock Island Arsenal. Keep going through this T intersection, making sure you are in the left lane. At the bottom of the hill, at the light at 4 th Ave, continue through this intersection, following IL 92 East to 5 th Ave, where you will take a left, staying in the left most lanes. This will turn into a left only turn lane, taking you to the QCCA Expo Center Parking Lot straight ahead. Isle Casino Hotel, Bettendorf, IA On I-80 east, once past the Brady Street/US 61 exit, you will see signs for I-74 east at exit 298, Bettendorf/Riverfront/Moline. Take this exit and go south. Follow I-74 east to the last Iowa exit, exit 4, Grant St/State St/Riverfront/US 67, and take this exit. Follow this exit ramp to the light at the intersection where you will pick up Kimberly Road. Follow the detour signing through the construction zone. Keep going south to the second stoplight at State Street where you can only go left. Taking a left turn, staying in the rightmost lane, go through two stoplights to the third stoplight at George Thuenen Drive and take a right. You will see signs for Riverfront/Casino Boat/Water Taxi. Follow this to the river, and at the T intersection take a right to the parking area.

iwireless Center, Moline, IL On I-80 east, once past the Brady Street/US 61 exit, you will see signs for I-74 East at exit 298, Bettendorf/Riverfront/Moline. Take this exit and go south, crossing over the Mississippi River into Illinois. You will see signs for iwireless Center/John Deere Pavilion/Riverfront. Follow I-74 East to the first Illinois exit, exit 1, River Drive. Take this exit and follow around to the stoplight at the intersection at River Dr, staying in the left lane. Turn left and go west, through four stoplight intersections until you see the iwireless Center and its parking lots on the right, at 12 th Street. Long-Term Parking St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA On I-80 east, once past the Northwest Boulevard exit, you will see signs for exit 295A, Brady Street. Take this exit and go south. Brady Street will turn in Welcome Way as you go south, and eventually turn into Harrison Street. Staying in the rightmost lane, you will go through ten stoplight intersections before you come to West Lombard Street, where you will take a right, going west. You will see St. Ambrose University and all of its parking areas on the left.
