Operativni rezultati Operating results Poslovanje Banke posljednih godina karakterizira konstantan uspon poslovanja. U 2001. The characteristic of the Bank business in the last years is continuous growth in banking operations. Izvori finansiranja Funds sources 40

Ambitious plans relative to increase in placement of loans to individuals were successfully realised, which is confirmed by the figures on increase of gross loan portfolio for 395% compared to the previous period, which means the plan was realised in 133%. As an illustration of the quantity, i.e. the volume of business, number of approved loan files is 25.817, which is 152% more than the previous period. Maximum attention was paid to reviewing existing conditions in the market of loans to individuals so far as supply and demand are concerned. Thanks to these activities, the Bank currently has the biggest range of credit products for individuals, with special products developed with certain companies. Housing loans for purchase and adaptation are the most attractive, but at the same time the most comprehensive segment of retail lending. Through high quality services and co-operation with supranational institutions (KFW, EBRD), the Bank achieved the highest number of loans placements in B&H in this segment. With intention to become the leading bank in one segment of the market, car loan was created as one of the strategic products. The correctness of this decision is confirmed by the figure of 1.155 car loans approved to individuals which, together with loans approved to corporate entities, puts the Bank in the first place in selling car loans in B&H with market share of cca 24%. 41
