Manipulation Y.Tiger systems offer ultimate real-time viewing capabilities: Detector tilt and full rotation Sample tray X/Y manipulation Tube Z-axis for magnification Sample rotation (optional) Inspection workflow Y.Tiger systems offering high magnification even for oblique viewing and easily taught CNC inspections are ideally suited for advanced applications in failure analysis, process monitoring and volume inspection of single samples and larger volumes. Samples can be placed on the inspection area without usage of any special fixtures. The sliding door with an automatic option allows comfortable loading of single devices and trays. X-ray can only be activated when the sliding door has been closed. Immediate visual feedback is given on the flat screen display through the use of the real-time imaging chain.
