Manufactured using the state of the art techniques and materials. They have outstanding acoustic and thermal qualities and the latest security features for complete peace of mind. Each door in the Virtuoso collection is custom built with the glazing option of your choice. A browse through the following pages will reveal the stunning combinations possible with our unrivaled collection of decorative coloured, bevel, Georgian bar, classic lead, sandblasted (etched) and resin bevel designs. White Standard Colour Range Rosewood Glazing Design Notes Sherwood Oak Lead & Film This process incorporates self adhesive lead and colour film to replicate traditional stained glass designs, all external joints are soldered. Irish Oak Superior Schwarzbraun 8022 Colour Range Etched Glass (Sandblasted) Beautiful designs using the latest technology to reproduce what would have originally been manufactured using a sandblasting process. The Superior colour range is a unique and exclusive collection of weatherable, durable and scratch resistant foiled PVC coloured options. The coloured foils are laminated onto the PVC substrate during the Extrusion process and produce a permanent bond between the substrate and decorative foil. Alternative bespoke painted finishes available upon request Glass Bevels Incorporating hand crafted glass bevels which are applied to the glass and finished with lead work, external joints are soldered. Glazing Bar This process incorporates PVC or Aluminum bars encapsulated within the double glazed unit ensuring ease of cleaning. 1

Anthracite 7016 Silver Grey 7001 Blue 5011 Red 3011 Cream 9010 Chartwell Green Green 6009 All foiled colour options are 9mm MDF Reinforced as standard. Resin Bevels Designs which are complex yet delicate, using the latest technology these unique designs cannot be reproduced by any other process. Triple Glazed The beautifully hand assembled and soldered centre panes have the benefit of triple glazing preventing oxidization or discoloring of the lead. The easy to clean units also provide superior heat and sound insulation. Backing Glass Tiles These designs incorporate either kiln fused glass tiles or sparkling clear bevels on a sandblasted effect base glass. Lead Finishes Standard Lead :- Soldered external face only. Antique Lead :- Soldered external face only. Antique Lead available on request. Full design and reproduction service available, prices on request. N.B. GGF guidelines apply. MINSTER CONTORA STIPPOLYTE Select one of the pattern glasses to complement the decorative glazing design of your door. N.B. Resin Bevel and Triple Glazed designs incorporate their own unique backing glass. Etched glass and Tile designs incorporate clear backing glass. 2
