Roll Out On A Lightly Floured Surface And Line A 22cm Loose Bottom Cake Tin. Bake Blind For 20 Minutes At 180 c Remove From The Oven And Cool. In The Meantime, Beat Together 3 Eggs, 250g Cream Cheese, 1 Can Nestle Ideal Low Fat, 100g Sugar, Zest Of 2 Lemons And 30g Flour In A Large Bowl. Pout This Into The Pastry Shell And Bake At 150 c For An Hour Until The Cheese Cake Is Set. Serve With A Mixed Berry Sauce And Whipped Cream. - 9 -
