Key Service Goals Be judged as highly responsive. Immediately and significantly shrink the problem. Report with no less than 90% accuracy. Maintain 95% up-time. Communicate within one week when Level 0 Rule changes will be reflected in the Service. Communicate within two weeks when SIS mapping changes will be reflected in the Service.

Prescriptions Propose to do Program Services rules testing IEP Direct data.

Custom Rules Current capacity is completely consumed both systems and people. Significant cost to building dedicated Custom Rule environment and supporting it. Who would pay? Propose to Time Box Custom Rule Development. Everyone gets the rules developed. Solicit requests and circulate among Districts to prioritize. LHRIC will provide one week (contiguous days) of developer labor at no additional cost. Q3
