Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with a Participant- Information form to complete. Prior to your departure, you will receive an email reminding you of travel essentials and shuttle information. You may receive additional emails as needed. 3. What if I register, but cannot make it? Is there a refund policy? There can be no refunds. 4. What is the price of the workshop? There are two price options for the workshop depending upon whether you choose single or double occupancy. The cost for double occupancy is 1,495.00. (CURRENT US Dollar Exchange rate is $1,934.30. Exchange rate subject to change depending on market conditions.) The cost for single occupancy is 250.00 extra. 5. What is included in the price? The price includes: 30 hours of dance with Bozenka 5 hours of Yoga with Jacqui Lalita 9 nights accommodations. Meal plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the duration of the Dance Lab Excursions Transfers 6. When is my payment due? A deposit of 500 Euro is due to reserve your place. Your total payment is due by April 14, 2012. 7. Are flights included in this price? No. Flights are not included in this price. You must make your own travel reservations and provide us with a copy of your flight itinerary. 8. Is a payment plan available? Yes. Contact bozenkainfo@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan.

9. Who will make my hotel reservation? We will make your hotel reservation since accommodations are included as part of the package. 10. I am coming alone, but do not want to pay for a single occupancy room. Can you match me up with a roommate? Yes. We will do our best to pair you with a roommate upon your request. 11. Can I choose my own roommate? Yes. If you are attending the workshops with a friend, let us know and we will book you for double-occupancy with your friend. 12. What does double-occupancy mean? Double occupancy means you share a room and bathroom but get your own bed. 13. Can I bring a friend with me who will NOT participate in the workshop? Yes. No. You cannot stay somewhere else and attend the workshop. The workshop and accommodations have been specially arranged and your room is included in the workshop price. 15. Are meals included? Yes. The meal plan includes all of your meals. 16. What if I have dietary restrictions? We will be able to accommodate most dietary restrictions as long as we know about them in advance. You will be asked to inform us of any dietary restrictions on your Personal- Information form that you receive upon registration. 17. Can I opt out of the meal plan? No. You cannot opt out of the meal plan. The meal plan is contained in the workshop price.

18. Can I come for part of the week? We recommend you take part in the entire workshop. Since it is a package deal, you pay the package price even if you only attend for part of the week. 19. Which airport do I fly to? The servicing airport is Heraklion (Iraklio) Crete, Greece. The airport code is HER. You will most likely have to connect in Athens Greece Airport, airport code ATH. 20. When should I arrive and depart? Arrive: Sunday, May 13 th, 2012 Depart: Tuesday, May 22 nd, 2012 21. How do I get from the airport to the hotel? We will arrange to have a group transported from the airport to the hotel. For all other arrivals, a car service or taxi will be reserved. 22. Do I need to rent a car? No. You can take the group shuttle to the hotel. You will not need a car once you are at the hotel. 23. Do I need a passport? Yes. You need a passport if you are not a Greek citizen. 24. Do I need a Visa? US Citizens and most European citizens do not need a visa. If you do not reside in the United States, Canada, Mexico or Europe, please check the following website to see if your country is on this list: http://livingingreece.gr/2007/03/31/countries-that-require-a-visa-to-enter-greece 25. Can I use US dollars in Crete? No. You will need Euros. We recommend exchanging money before arrival or using an ATM card to extract Euros from the local bank. 26. Will my cell phone work? You need to check with your cell-service provider. 27. Is there internet access at the hotel? Hot Spots are available near receptions/lobby of hotels. Some rooms have better internet access than others. For emergency, there will always be internet.

28. Will I need adapter plugs to use my electronics at the hotel? Yes. I recommend a multi-plug all-in-one adapter/converter. For rechargeable items you need an adapter. For appliances such as hair dryers and curling or flat irons you need a converter. 29. Does the hotel have air conditioning? Yes. There is air conditioning in each room that is controllable from within the room. 30. Must we leave gratuity for outside employees (hotel, restaurant, bar, etc.)? Gratuity is not included for the maids, barman or miscellaneous services. Tipping, as in the US, is at the discretion of the guest. Note that in Europe, tipping is generally less than 10%. 31. Where can I find out more about Bozenka? Visit Bozenka s website. 32. What will Bozenka teach? A syllabus will be provided on April 1 st, 2012. 33. What is the dance space like? It is a proper dance studio with a wooden sprung floor. Dance shoes, ballet slippers or any other foot protection is recommended as we will be dancing for prolonged periods of time. 34. How much dance experience do I need to attend? All level dancers are welcome; however, we highly recommend that you have a solid foundation in belly dance technique to keep up with the curriculum and choreography. 35. How many dancers will be there? We will accept up to 15 dancers at this workshop. You will receive a lot of individual attention. 36. What should I wear? Clothing at the hotel is casual. Check the weather report and pack appropriately. Protect your feet and your body. Consider how intensive it is to dance for several hours daily. Bring any special footwear, braces, heating pads, ice packs, ace bandages, etc you need for your body.
