Transfer Courses Transfer courses are addressed on a case- by- case basis with your advisor. In general, we don't accept any courses older than six years or technology courses older than two years. Alternative Doctoral Residency Requirements You must take 18 hours of coursework over three consecutive semesters, starting in the Fall. Required Courses: AIL 691 and 5 other courses.
