Cable Assembly Electronic Manufacturing Solutions dedicated in-house facility provides a large range of wire and cable related services, from single core wire to large complex multi-termination wiring harnesses and looms, including; Capability to assemble a comprehensive range of standard crimp/connector assemblies covering all manufacturers, styles and assembly methods Multi-pole connectors MIL-Spec connectors IDC, Signal/Data & DIN Rail Multi-core cables audio, automotive, CAT5, 6 or 7, data, DEF-Stan and mains including UK, EU (including Schuko) and USA plugs RF Coax SMA, N, TNC, SMC, MCX, BNX, SMB and UHF Over-moulding, potting and custom packaging
Cable Assembly Quality & Test All of EMS cable assemblies are assembled to IPC-A-620 Class II as standard, with Class III available on request, by IPC-A-620 qualified personnel. All wires are batch sample inspected for quality of processing. All crimps are batch sample tested with pull-off tests. All cable assemblies are fully tested for continuity. Functional testing with detailed test results available on request
Mechanical, Box-Build & Turnkey EMS Purchasing, PCB Assembly and Cable Assembly all complement a comprehensive mechanical, box/build and ultimately turnkey solution. All of these services can be integrated to provide a complete final product solution, including; Purchasing of all PCB/Cable components plus metalwork, mouldings, overlays and any additional fixtures and fittings.
