Impregnating Machine

Dasan Engineering manufactured Resin Coating & Laminating Machine for composite material and insulating material in addition to Impregnating & drying machine by means of high efficiency temperature controlling and evenly controlling of hot air velocity against whole width direction, for producing of composite and rigid insulators (Paper phenolic and Glass epoxy insulators) base to printed circuits for home use and computers etc. Also we high developed Thermal Oxidizer Equipment (TO) with exhaust heat recovery system which assures the perfection for deodorization relevant to above mentioned equipments for protection of environment. There is a impregnating and drying process as one of main processes in manufacturing of the composite material, PCB, insulated board, Space-Air craft process. Applications Space and Air craft structure and parts Automotive components and parts Recreational sports equipment Electrical insulator Separators for storage batteries Phenol & Epoxy resin electrical insulation sheets (Rigid insulators) Accumulator Dasan's Accumulator device is consisted so that coating work is achieved consecutively without running out. Need to connect time by supply of new material when completed work of supplied material previous. This time, can not use coating and drying materials on process if line is suspended. To improve this problem, our machine designed so that work is achieved consecutively without line's stop for connect time accumulated material is supplied to accumulated material of given length to Accumulator. This is effect that minimum desertion of material and decrease of production and this as well as automatically attain. Bonding Press Connection need quick work for driving that is no Line's discontinuance with addition supply material if consumption of engaged material previous is ended. Of course, connection region must be able to endure enough in temperature condition of desiccator.

Carrying system Dry and Curing Tower is very uncomfortable installation of material. To improve these kind of demerit points, Dasan's carrying system makes turns back around passing chamber to guide material to chamber's lower part. This makes a ready time of work shortly and DASAN M/C has characteristic that can produce various materials without stopping DASAN has gotten receiving a lot of hailings from Dasan''s customers. Take-up system Take-up system is consisted of twin shaft so that work may be smooth as device that wind prepreg, which impregnated of resin with dried. Twin shaft uses Shaft alternately to turret system. Also, tension's control is easy because there is automatic and manual tension control system and align of material is attained automatically designed by sticking of Edge position system. Trimming and winding system According to time, need cutting of edge part after drying. Attach edge cutting device in previous process of take-up system for this work. Produced Prepreg continuously, Cut both edge consecutively and wind cutted waste.

Drying and curing Section We are manufacturing dual heating method types of dryers with hot air and high efficiency far-infrared system. Most resins have remarkable absorption bands in the Far-infrared wave length range. Dasan's radiation curing oven makes use of this principle. Far-infrared ray radiation heats the resin coat layers from the inside, for effective drying and curing and at a high production rate. The dryer that is indispensable unit to dry curing of resin is big key points in the production for good products. Dasan dryer has the construction such as hot air being flow controlled hot air in width direction can be supplied on the material. Impregnating Section After the pre-impregnating, material completely removes air from the web (Sky penetration), and knife roller make impregnating value and surface finish extremely. Main line of impregnating section for the conventional thick glass material has been squeeze roller system, which is mass production type with high speed comparatively. However, for this thin glass material tendency, resin impregnating section becomes the face control type by all means and the separating sharpness of the material from the roller is no good, so it is hard to improve the accuracy of impregnating face. Dasan's knife roller unit can solve these problems and we got the good reputation that this type is the best for impregnating the thin glass and carbon material from each user of our supplied machine. Of course, we can get similar impregnating face in the operation of the thick materials such as 100 g/m2 and 300 g/m2. Clearance of knife roller (or squeeze roller) can be control automatically for right and left individually and displayed micrometer can be high precision controlling.
