This document sets out the key features of our Current Accounts for personal and business customers. You should read it carefully to help you decide if this is right for you. This allows you to check your balances, activity, make payments and transfers, and to make some requests, such as cancelling cheques. 3

Paying money into your You can pay as much money as you like into your, whenever and as often as you like. There are three ways of doing this: Cash you can pay cash into your at our London office. You can pay Sterling, US$ Dollars, or Euros your. If the cash deposited is in a different currency to that in which your is denominated, a foreign exchange charge will apply. Payments received after 4pm will be available for withdrawal on the next working day. 4

If you register for Internet Banking, your information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week just be logging on to your. We will send you a statement in the post every month, or less often if you ask us to, unless you ask us not to do so. If you would like more regular statements, a charge will apply.
