Privacy CITY OF PERTH PARKING 1. The personal information collected on the application form will only be used by City of Perth Parking for the sole purpose of providing requested and related services. Information will be stored securely by City of Perth Parking (CPP) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the customer s express written consent. 2. Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment without prior notification when required. Current Terms and Conditions are available on the web page www.cityofperthparking.com.au 3. It is the customer s responsibility to ensure that CPP has their current telephone, e-mail and postal details. General 1. Applications for Parking Cards must be submitted in writing using the official application form attached. One application form is required per parking card. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for applications to be processed. Customers may also visit any staffed car park or the Customer Service counter at Council House to obtain a Parking Card. 2. Parking Cards can be used in all City of Perth car parks and most kerbside machines. 3. Instructions on how to use Parking Cards are displayed on City of Perth automatic payment machines (APMs) and ticket machines that accept Parking Card payments. It is the customer s responsibility to follow the instructions displayed. Refunds will not be processed for incorrect use of the machines. 4. Replacement: lost, stolen or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee which is fully refundable on the return of the card. Deposit refunds will not be issued on lost, damaged or misused cards. Please allow at least five working days for a replacement to be issued. Fees and Payments 1. A card deposit fee applies to all new applications. 2. All fees and charges are GST exclusive. GST is applied when the parking card is used to purchase parking. Please retain ticket or request a receipt (APMs only) for GST claims. 3. Fees and charges may be subject to change without notice due to future fee increases. 4. Credit Card Payments: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure CPP has their current credit card details. All changes to credit card details must be submitted in writing. 5. Invoice payments: payment by invoice is available where requested by the account holder and approved by CPP. The City of Perth s invoice terms are strictly 14 days. Failure to trade within the agreed terms of payment will result in the immediate suspension of access rights and credit facilities without prior notice pending payment of all outstanding monies and may result in rights of access not being renewed.

6. If the Parking card payment facility is offline, or the card payment cannot be completed, customers must use cash. Adding Funds 1. Funds may be added to parking cards by the following methods: At the control room of any staffed car park Attending the Customer Service Counter at Council House By telephoning 1300 889 613 (only if credit card details have been supplied) Using the Automatic Payment Machines currently available at the following car parks: His Majesty s Pier Street Elder Street Citiplace Cultural Centre Roe Street State Library Concert Hall Convention Centre Terrace Road Discount Parking 1. City of Perth Parking will apply an additional 5% of the recharge value to the card after a customer has added funds to their parking card. 2. Customers will pay the normal parking fee at the APM or ticket machine, effectively obtaining a 5% discount on parking fees. Cancellation 1. Cancellation of a parking card requires the completion of a cancellation form. Customers may attend any staffed car park, the Customer Service counter at Council House or obtain a copy from the City s website and email to City of Perth Parking. 2. At the time of cancellation any unused portion of the additional 5% will be deducted from the balance of the card prior to a refund being issued.

By entering and using this Parking Facility you agree to the terms set out below GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Whether you are a driver or a passenger in the vehicle to be parked you use this facility at your own risk. 2. CPP is not responsible for your security, the security of your vehicle or any property brought into this facility. 3. CPP does not accept any liability for any injury to you, or loss or damage to your vehicle or any other property. 4. You agree to release and indemnify CPP from any liability that it may incur as a result of your use of this facility. 5. A person must not stop a motorcycle without a side-car or a bicycle in a parking bay or space unless (a) the bay or space is marked Motorcycle or Bicycle, or (b) a sign applying to the bay or space is inscribed Motorcycle or Bicycle 6. All long term permits must be displayed face up on dashboard at all times. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. If the Credit/Parking card payment facility is offline, or the card payment cannot be completed, customers must use cash. 2. Selected credit cards available. 3. The City is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the unavailability of payment facilities. 4. The City will not process refund claims caused by customers failing to follow the payment instructions displayed on the machines 5. The City is unable to accept $50 or $100 notes or provide change for these.
