Brain Injury Specialists asb aspire LLP Providing expert legal advice and specialist support to secure the best possible outcome following serious injury www.asb-aspire.com

What we do The effects of a serious injury will be life changing and potentially permanent - both for the person suffering the injury and their family - possibly requiring long term specialist care and support, rehabilitation and retraining. asb aspire is staffed by recognised legal experts with decades of experience in dealing with catastrophic and serious injuries. We strive to achieve the best compensation, but experience tells us that effective rehabilitation is the pathway to maximising recovery, so we work with a host of other professionals - from medical specialists to case managers - who can help to ease the burden. Together we will guide you through the process as speedily as your recovery allows, and in a simple, jargon-free way. We have extensive expertise in all forms of injury, but particularly brain and catastrophic injuries resulting from: Road traffic accidents Accidents involving pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists Accidents at work and occupational diseases Occupiers and employers liability Accidents overseas Aviation accidents Accidents causing death Criminal injuries Medical and professional negligence Accidents involving all forms of transport. Our experienced team is able to provide advice on welfare benefits. We can also arrange an initial needs assessment from a specialist brain injury case manager, if appropriate. They have the client s best interest at heart. Chambers and Partners 2015 (The) first-class practice has achieved multimillion-pound settlements in relation to many catastrophic injury claims. Legal 500 2014

Funding your claim Our initial consultations are free of charge. Once we understand what s happened we can advise you on the best way to proceed, including how to fund your claim. If appropriate, we may be able to represent you under a conditional fee agreement - no win, no fee - so that we only get paid at the successful conclusion of your claim, usually by the insurers of the other party. If you have legal expenses insurance, remember that in serious cases you have the freedom to choose your own solicitor and don t have to accept a solicitor from the insurer s panel. Long-term support Beyond the claim, our dedicated vulnerable people team are available to provide longer-term support for those who lack capacity to look after issues for themselves. Led by a Partner who is one of only a few Court of Protection appointed Panel Deputies in the country, we act as part of a client s advisory team, offering support in relation to: Arranging for support mechanisms, such as an Attorney or Court appointed Deputy to be put in place Advising families on how to provide for a vulnerable person both now and in the future Management and administration of trusts Advising on entitlements, state funded care and related asset protection The day-to-day management of affairs.
