GET IT ON CHALLENGE COMPETITION RULES This competition is organised by (hereinafter, PEPE JEANS), with registered office at Carretera Laureà Miró, 403-405, 08980, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain), VAT nº B-61663555, according to the rules contained in the following regulations. 1. Entry requirements The competition will be open for entry from 00:01 h (GMT + 1) on 26 April 2016 until 23:59 h (GMT + 1) on 26 May 2016. Under-aged persons are not eligible for participation in the competition. The competition will be open to contestants residing in the following countries, with the conditions as set out below: - Contestants residing on the countries detailed in ANNEX 2, will have the chance to win a Power flex jeans. - Contestants residing on the countries detailed in ANNEX 3 will have the chance to win a voucher with -20% discount in our website To participate in this competition, knowledge and acceptance of these rules is essential pursuant to all the terms established herein. The contestants agree to be bounded by these rules. 2. The Competition To participate, the contestants must record a video of themselves putting on a pair of jeans without using their hands or any other external help (either human or mechanical). When the jeans reach half of the buttocks, the contestants may use their hands to close the buttons. The contestants must then register and upload their videos in www.getitonchallenge.com. Contestants should always wear underwear. Participations that do not respect the rules of decorum will not be considered. Contestants may participate as many times as they wish, but they can only win once. For clarity purposes, each participant will only be eligible to be awarded with only one prize. The best videos will be made public in www.getitonchallenge.com. 3. The Prize - Contestants residing on the countries detailed in ANNEX 2 countries: will have the chance to win one of the 4.750 pairs of Pepe Jeans Power flex jeans.
- Contestants residing on the countries detailed in ANNEX 3 will have the chance to win a voucher with -20% discount in our website The winners will be chosen by a jury formed by members of Pepe Jeans that will evaluate the originality of the video among those which meet all the requirements established in point 2. The jury reserves the right not to award the prizes should it consider that the entries do not meet the requirements established in point 1 and/or do not reach the required quality. The prizes may not be exchanged for money and its sale or transfer by the winner for profit is expressly prohibited. The prizes cannot be returned (we remind you to check our Size Guide) and will be subject to availability of the chosen size. The winners will be notified by e-mail no later than 30 days after the contest concludes. The winners must confirm their interest in receiving the prizes within no more than 1 week after notification. Should such confirmation not be received, Pepe Jeans will understand that the winner has waived the right to receive the prize and will offer the prize to the next participant who has published the next best video according to the criteria of the jury delivered to the winners by no later than 31 st of August 2016. Pepe Jeans will not be responsible for any incident or damage that may occur in relation with this competition or with the prizes offered. 4. Right assignment Contestants declare and warrant that the videos they upload are their own or, if not, that they have permission to publish them. Contestant will have the responsibility of the content of the video, not who hosts it. Videos belonging to third parties who have not given permission to show them, or those with underaged, will not be accepted. Pepe Jeans reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this Competition or to amend the Official Rules. To such regard, Pepe Jeans will inform the contestants through Instagram, Twitter or email accounts. 5. Data Protection Pursuant to the legislation on Personal Data Protection, Pepe Jeans S.L., with registered office at Carretera Laureà Miró, 403-405, 08980, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain) informs contestants that their data will be included in a filing system belonging to Pepe Jeans S.L. for the purpose of managing their participation in this competition. Contestants give Pepe Jeans express authorization to send them commercial and promotional information. Contestants are informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and/or objection with regard to their images and personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: privacy@pepejeans.com.
