WORK EXPERIENCE AGROAVICOLA SANMARINO (Agro-Poultry Sanmarino).Santander, Colombia. Period: September 2011-2012 Position: Technical Director Parent Stock I headed the process of rearing and production, into lay and lay period. Handled of Cobb Avian 48 parent stock. Led a team of over 120 employees in 3 farms working Cobb Avian parent stocks. Managed and supervised the bio security systems and programs of the company. Management of good handling practice procedures in vaccination and medication dosages and handling.
