Additional Comments: Washington An upgrade to the newest web based version would provide us with Employee Self serve for requesting leave, submitting overtime, certification of timesheets and vacation bidding. I would also provide functionality to schedule Healthcare staff. The application has functionality to plan workforce for a period of time and then compare actual to budget. We have not looked into that functionality. It also has a module called HOW which is used to build staffing modules (i.e.- standard labor modeling for a segregation unit is X) so that you can build scenarios for expansion or contraction. We have also not investigated that. ATLAS is a comprehensive Workforce Management System. DOC just brushes the surface of what the can do. The two biggest advantages on the side would be the one-to-one relationship between person and post- eliminated all double and tracking of overtime. Payroll just happen to be a big bonus as we electronically feed to our payroll. West Virginia We do not have a. We have a one-on-one leave that tracks employee leave and time.
