Wealth Management Division Strategies Total Return An equities-only strategy that seeks to out-perform the major price indexes by: 1) during market uptrends, investing in those stocks that are displaying the best investor Demand as indicated by Lowry s Power Ratings 2) during market downtrends, move to a heavily defensive position and, at times, 100% cash and cash equivalents. Income Plus Risk Management This mixed equity and fixed income strategy seeks to provide income via dividends and interest. Depending on market conditions, the strategy will shift between stocks, bonds and cash to produce income. Enhanced Total Return An equities only strategy that seeks to out-perform the major price indexes by: 1) during market uptrends invest in those stocks are displaying the best investor Demand as indicated by Lowry s Power Ratings and, during certain times, enhance returns using leveraged ETFs. 2) during market downtrends, move to a heavily defensive position, with as much as 100% cash and cash equivalents and, at certain times, enhance returns by investing in inverse ETFs. Capital Preservation This strategy is to preserve capital through investments in bonds with short term maturities, CDs, bond ladders, and cash. ETF Advantage This strategy will only invest in ETFs and is designed for accounts will small balances. This strategy will hold a maximum of 7-10 ETF positions. Enhanced ETF Advantage This strategy will only invest in ETFs and is designed for accounts will small balances. This strategy will hold a maximum of 10-15 ETF positions. During certain periods in the market, this strategy may hold leveraged or inverse ETFs. 2
Wealth Management Division Allocations Lowry Asset Allocation Based on the conditions of the market, this strategy will invest a certain percentage in the Total Return strategy and the remainder in the Income Plus Risk Management strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to shift investments to the areas of the market that are performing the best. Client will set a minimum cash/short term investment amount. Lowry Enhanced Asset Allocation Based on the conditions of the market, this strategy will invest a certain percentage in the Enhanced Total Return strategy and the remainder in the Income Plus Risk Management strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to shift investments to the areas of the market that are performing the best. Client will set a minimum cash/short term investment amount. Custom Asset Allocation This strategy will allocate the funds across four strategies. The allocations will be in initial increments of 20%. An allocation may also be made to legacy investments and niche investments. 3
