O2 Offset may need to be adjusted in ESP to meet emissions at different operating points. Configuration includes a unit mounted heat exchanger to combine jacket water, lube oil, and first stage intercooler into one circuit with an estimated combined heat of 652 kw based on a water inlet temperature 75 C. BSFC is stated in lower heating value (LHV).NOx emission at absolute humidity of 10.71 g H2O/kg of dry air. Fuel must comply with the Gaseous Fuel Specification in effect at the time of approval. All data is based on 500 mg/nm3 Nox calibration. Maximum allowed normal oil header temperature is 88C. Extended operation below 75% load is not recommended. Increased maintenance and oil change intervals will result if running at loads below 75% load for extended periods of time. Lube oil change intervals may be shorter due to increased jacket water temperatures. Oil Level Regulator and Quick Fill Valve [5200B] Kenco oil level regulator. Quick fill mounted and piped to regulator. Lubrication Oil Heater [5206A] 2,500 watt heating element. Thermostatically controlled (100 F on; 120 F off). Engine mounted, designed for indoor duty. Continuous prelube not available. Pump motor: 24V DC. controlled. SINGLE/MULTIPLE UNIT CONTROL FOR PARALLELING The Model ECP8000E panel consists of one free standing steel enc losure for controlling single or multiple units in parallel. Panel dimensions: 764mm x 459mm x 1830mm (30"W x 18"D x 72"H). Rated for indoor use: operating temperature 20 C to +70 C ( 4 F to +158 F), relative humidity 0 95% (noncondensing). The HMI (Human Machine Interface), control switches and indicating lights are mounted through the hinged door.
