Devices The Device List is the same as in easyjob 4.0. Device info Device Info displays if the device is currently loaded to another job, when the last testing was carried out and when the next testing is due. Total Information The Total Information is the same as in easyjob 4.0. Job loading and unloading integrated in the Bill of Items In order to improve switching between Scheduling, Loading and Unloading, we have grouped this functionality into the Bill of Items. Scheduling alternative items This function makes it possible to book alternative items. If it is not clear if the customer would prefer an HD projector instead of the proposed projector, it can already be booked in a job as an alternative. The HD projector will be shown as a line item in the Bill of Items, but will not be included in the total or in the availability check. Reservation function for items in a job If a sufficient quantity of items are available for your job A, you can reserve them for job A. With the characteristic Reserved, the selected items in your job A will no longer be displayed in general as overbooked. If the same Item is booked in another job B, it will be shown as overbooked only in Job B. We have implemented these functions based on many customer requests. In general we recommend using them only in exceptional cases. If you set a projector as Reserved for a short rental time frame, and at the same time this projector is required for a longer rental time frame, it will be necessary to sub-rent a projector for the longer rental time frame, which is not cost effective.
